Department: Campus Relations
Role Overview: The Workplace Operations Manager is a critical member of the Campus Relations (CR) team. Under the supervision of the Director of Campus Relations and the Senior Director of Design and Construction, this role centers around creating a productive and supportive workspace for employees across a variety of workplace requirements, hours, shifts, working conditions, and needs. Their duties will include providing support to onsite, hybrid, and remote workers utilizing a range of environments from traditional office spaces to production support areas and coordinating with the People Team and IT to form an efficient and supportive onboarding process for new employees. 
What you&rsquo;ll get to do here:<div><ul><li>
Support daily operation of the mixed-use Samuel B. &amp; David Rose Building and all Performance and Campus Operations Office Spaces including administrative offices, studios, performance spaces and active workspaces (conference rooms, etc.)</li><li>
Oversee functions related to administrative office management including management of mailroom operations, tracking inventory, ordering and distributing supplies, and communicating with vendors.</li><li>
Handle the day-to-day operations for work orders as they impact all LCPA owned and operated spaces.</li><li>
Manage all internal communications and, alongside the People Team, develop messaging that would be distributed all LCPA employees.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Design and Construction team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of projects scheduled around performances and events, while effectively communicating any potential impacts.</li><li>
Partner with the Design and Construction team on administrative office space planning and small-scale interior projects, including office layouts, configurations, and furniture specifications. This includes contracting and managing in house trades and contractors.</li><li>
With our service provider, maintain medical boxes across LCPA office areas, certify all AED supplies are up to date, and outline all service cycles.</li><li>
Assist in the development of maintenance and inspection programs for operational equipment and schedules.</li><li>
Facilitate cost containment through RFP along with vendor management and procurement of MWBE vendors and suppliers.</li><li>
Strategize and support the implementation of sustainable practices across campus.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned, including supporting campus event operations, on site event support, and other campus wide projects as needed.</li></ul></div>

Operations Experience Managers (Ops XM) are members of the store leadership team responsible for executing store standards, including customer service, department readiness, and operational processes. This role leads the Order Fulfillment team in executing best practices for picking, staging, and loading to ensure an excellent interconnected experience. As the Assistant Manager, Facilities you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of our Distribution Center's facilities. Proactive Inspections and Liaison<ul><li>
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly facility inspections to proactively identify and address necessary repairs or servicing.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between our organization and building/property management to address all facility-related matters swiftly.</li><li>
Take charge of all facilities' concerns promptly and effectively.</li></ul>
Safety and Compliance<ul><li>
Collaborate with our Safety Specialist to coordinate and implement fire, life, and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a secure working environment for all employees.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

The expected salary range for this role is $70,786.00-$76,663.20. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate&rsquo;s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR&rsquo;s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

The company seeks a senior operations manager to play a critical leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of operational workflows, team performance, and service delivery quality. Reporting to the co-founder and head of operations, this role offers the chance to serve as the operational backbone of the team, bridging strategy and execution while maintaining the standards that define Vitruvio's client experience. The role is with Vitruvio, not the D. E. Shaw group. As a portfolio company of the D. E. What you’ll do day-to-day
 
Oversee the operations and servicing team, ensuring tasks are assigned, prioritized, and completed in accordance with established workflows, timelines, and service standards.
 
Maintain visibility into all active client engagements and flag emerging issues to the head of operations in a timely manner.
 
Serve as the first layer of escalation support for team members encountering complex client situations, technical challenges, or interpersonal issues.
 
Provide direct day-to-day leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth, including regular check-ins with direct reports.
 
Support onboarding of new team members by ensuring training plans are followed and knowledge transfer is thorough.
 
Provide regular status updates, reports, and summaries on team performance, client status workload, and any risks or opportunities on the horizon.
 
Partner with the head of operations to identify inefficiencies in current workflows and develop actionable improvement plans, including evaluating tools and technologies to increase performance.
 
Document process changes and updates, ensuring the team is trained and aligned on new procedures and there are records of escalation patterns.
 
Who we’re looking for
 At least five years of experience in an operations, team lead, or supervisory role, ideally within a financial services, bookkeeping, or professional services environment.
 CPA or relevant proven accounting and/or bookkeeping experience, with a track record in the insurance industry or supporting insurance agency clients.
 Demonstrated ability to manage teams, balance competing priorities, and maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
 Solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with both internal team members and external clients.
 Experience with process documentation and standard operating procedure development.
 Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
 The expected annual base salary for this position is $90,000 to $115,000. We offer comprehensive benefits coverage, unlimited PTO, and remote work.

The Team
The Manager of People Operations will serve as a strategic People partner embedded within the Tax People Operations function, supporting the US Tax practice&rsquo;s Private Capital team. This role works collaboratively across the People Team and with Tax leadership to support consistent, high-quality people programs, processes, and experiences.
