The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading all strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration activities across the corporate office and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy &amp; Governance

<li>Manage procurement policies, approval hierarchies, and spend controls in alignment with financial, legal, and SOC 2 standards.</li>

<li>Maintain a centralized contract repository with version control, key dates, renewal alerts, and audit documentation.</li>

SOC 2 Compliance &amp; Data Integrity:

<li>Coordinate IT, Legal, and HR teams to align procurement and contract management practices with SOC 2 Type II security and confidentiality criteria.</li>

Qualifications:

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $93,728-$117,160 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
