What is the opportunity?
The Project Manager, Community Planning is responsible for management and oversight of all community start-up activities, coordinating architectural product development and maintenance, and analyzing ongoing community performance. In general, the purpose of the Systems Support Specialist is to assist in the development and roll-out of special reports, new systems, and the maintenance of existing systems. About the role
The Retail Gas Portfolio Manager will facilitate and transact all retail commercial and industrial natural gas customer hedge activity, with responsibility for regional customer pricing, associated hedges, portfolio optimization and risk management. Identify structured supply or customer opportunities and participate in closing transactions when necessary
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to help guide their efforts to provide opportunities that are aligned with trading ideas and geographic locations
Build and maintain databases as necessary
Understand and comply with all internal policies as well as those of CFTC, SEC, FERC, and any other regulatory body or exchange
Essential education, experience and requirements
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required in business, marketing or quantitative field such as math, statistics, IT, quantitative finance or engineering
Mid level experience or comparable skills of energy trading and portfolio management and optimization, retail/wholesale customer pricing and hedging
Strong working knowledge of the C&amp;I retail gas industry and wholesale energy complex
High level of proficiency in Excel and ability to work within the Endur ETRM
Analytical skills required for pricing, risk assessment and transaction structuring
Strong individual contributor with consultative style and aptitude for collaboration and teamwork
Skilled at working across multi-disciplinary functions and departments including sales, physical operations and risk management
Proficient in collecting, querying, organizing and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and drawing logical conclusions

Mohle Adams is looking for a Part-Time Tax Accountant (up to 29 hours per week) with capability to work a flex schedule. A Tax Professional reports directly to a Tax Manager and has varied duties and assignments. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Prepare complex tax returns, such as partnership returns with special allocations, trust and estate returns, or multi-state returns.</li><li>
Review staff work and provide feedback</li><li>
Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and partners</li><li>
Communicate with the client in writing or on the telephone</li><li>
