Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and financially sharp Treasury &amp; Finance Operations Analyst to own daily treasury, cash, and finance operations across a multi-entity real estate portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of cash management, payment operations, banking administration, and financial reporting &mdash; and requires someone highly organized, sound in judgment, and able to serve as a reliable bridge between leadership, banking partners, an offshore accounting team, external deal partners, and vendors.
The right person is the operational backbone of the finance function: trusted to keep the cash picture accurate, payments moving correctly, entities in good standing, and nothing falling through the cracks.

Treasury &amp; Cash Management<ul><li>Maintain a real-time view of available funds, deposits, float timing, and balances across all entities</li><li>Coordinate intercompany fund movements and loans with proper documentation</li><li>Execute refunds and account reallocations; confirm completion to relevant parties</li><li>Obtain funding approvals from leadership before executing material payments</li><li>Monitor daily liquidity and escalate funding gaps or timing mismatches proactively</li></ul>

<div>Required Education / Experience:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.</li><li>
One year of inventory, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving experience.</li><li>
Valid Texas Class C Driver License</li></ul> 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Knowledge of inventory control and ability to manage a warehouse and supplies at the proper inventory level.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exercising tact in an expeditious, courteous, and efficient manner while establishing an effective working relationship with others.</li><li>
Knowledge of general shipping and receiving procedures.</li><li>
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.</li><li>
Ability to operate general office equipment, personal computers and related software such as Microsoft Office including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases with good typing and data entry skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.</li><li>
Good analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner.</li><li>
Ability to drive a 26' box truck (CDL license NOT required).</li></ul>
Physical Demands:
The position can be physically challenging. Above average physical conditioning is required to be able to walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, stretch, etc. In performance of their duties. Lifting up to 80 lbs. may be required</div>

<div>Position Type and Typical Hours Work:
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday-Friday. Hours may vary based on business needs of the department.
Work Environment:
A normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature controls and furnishings is provided. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The job may require extended time outside in all weather conditions. Exposure to extreme temperatures, environmental noise typically present in a maintenance yard, warehouse, and loading dock environment. May be exposed to other hazards during inclement weather or maintenance emergency response activities. Will be required to handle chemicals already packaged in end-user containers/packaging.

Reports To Position: Asset Management and Warehouse Distribution Manger<div>
Supervises Positions: N/A</div>
Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.
