Media Strategy and Enablement (MSE) is a specialized department that is responsible for designing and delivering new media capabilities (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution, Cookie-less Targeting, journey-based media targeting techniques). We leverage this experience to accelerate development of automation and AI tools that unlock more Media Team productivity - to respond and iterate faster, take on more volume, and measurably improve effectiveness over time.
As a Business Solutions Manager-Senior Associate on the Media Strategy and Enablement (MSE) team, you will be accountable for supporting the organization and facilitation of various MSE deliverables in effort to remove duplicative efforts, streamline capacity, and efficiently run our growing team. You are a key point of contact for our department, our larger Paid Media Team and supporting partners such as Performance Marketing, Finance, Product, etc. Your responsibilities include driving the strategic direction, delivering and tracking measurable results, operational efficiency, and financial budgets for the MSE department.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead brand partnerships and drive measurable growth through organic influencer marketing campaigns. This role goes beyond traditional account management . It requires true client ownership, strategic thinking, and a balance of creative storytelling with data-driven performance optimization.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts, building strong, long-term relationships while guiding clients through end-to-end influencer campaign execution. You will oversee campaigns from initial briefing through reporting, ensuring seamless delivery, high-quality content, and on-time execution across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Client Management &amp; Growth</li><li>
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brand accounts</li><li>
Build strong, long-term client relationships</li><li>
Lead strategic conversations around influencer budgets and performance goals</li><li>
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth</li><li>
Campaign Execution</li><li>
Manage influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting</li><li>
Source, vet, and negotiate with creators</li><li>
Ensure content is aligned with brand goals and goes live on schedule</li><li>
Oversee execution across multiple campaigns simultaneously</li><li>
Performance &amp; Optimization</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance (engagement, conversions, ROI)</li><li>
Analyze data and generate actionable insights</li><li>
Optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize client ROI</li><li>
Deliver detailed reports and performance recaps</li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams</li><li>
Provide market feedback to improve platform capabilities</li><li>
Contribute to revenue forecasting and internal reporting</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing (brand or agency side)</li><li>
Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)</li><li>
Data-driven mindset- comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into strategy</li><li>
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</li></ul>
Nice to Have<ul><li>
Experience working in an influencer marketing agency</li><li>
Familiarity with organic-focused creative strategies</li><li>
Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and server-side tracking</li><li>
