While the primary focus of this position is the Hutong brand,the role is part of the broader Aqua Restaurant Group U.S. marketing team. Key Responsibilities:</h1>
1. Strategy &amp; Execution
<ul><li>Execute U.S. marketing plans developed in tandem with the Director of Marketing,ensuring timely delivery across all initiatives.</li><li>Drive campaign timelines,track milestones,and hold all internal and external collaborators accountable.</li><li>Maintain project organization and keep activations - big and small - moving efficiently.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Work closely with the operations and reservations teams to ensure initiatives directly support cover counts,private event bookings,and guest conversion.</li><li>Manage PR,Creative and Ad agencies.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
2. Partnerships &amp; Collaborations</h1>
<ul><li>Own the performance and execution of third-party marketing platforms (e.g.,Blackbird,Bilt,RESY,Uber Eats&hellip;),ensuring campaigns are fully optimized and integrated.</li><li>Manage influencer partnerships and content creator visits in coordination with PR and operations teams:aligning on content capture,coverage,and audience fit.</li><li>Support earned media opportunities by working alongside our PR agency,providing key messaging,visual assets,and event coordination where needed.</li><li>Identify and manage brand-aligned partnerships (e.g.,retail,luxury,cultural institutions,or events) that amplify visibility and drive guest traffic.</li><li>Ensure strong follow-through and reporting for all external collaborations,with a focus on ROI and long-term relationship building.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
3. Digital Marketing &amp; Content</h1>
<ul><li>Manage and implement the social media calendar,ensuring timely and relevant content that aligns with brand tone and business goals.</li><li>Coordinate with creative vendors (photographers,videographers,designers) for asset production.</li><li>Create Email Blasts,Text Blasts and other communications either in-house with templates,or with global designers.</li><li>Manage all website updates,making sure the website remains accurate and aesthetic.</li><li>Track performance data (clicks,conversions,bookings) to help optimize content and cadence.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
4. Brick &amp; Mortar Marketing</h1>
<ul><li>Maintain on-site branding and touchpoints across all U.S. venues - menus,signage,table cards,activations,etc.</li><li>Coordinate execution of on-premise promotions and experiential moments that enhance guest engagement.</li><li>Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless communication and consistency across all physical spaces.</li><li>Support private event marketing materials and guest-facing sales tools.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
5. Events</h1>

Anti Social Social Club is seeking a proactive, creative, and data-driven eCommerce Manager to join its team. 
POSITION DETAILS

Under the direction of the VP of Operations, this role will manage and optimize day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer business and oversee customer outreach. The eCommerce and Retention Manager will own the end-to-end ecommerce experience and manage email and SMS &mdash; from drop strategy and site merchandising to performance optimization and post-purchase experience &mdash; with a clear focus on UX, analytics, conversion, site performance, and revenue growth. 


Here&rsquo;s what you will do here: 
eCommerce
<ul>
<li>Own day-to-day ecommerce performance and lead the overall site roadmap, ensuring smooth execution of launches, campaigns, and site enhancements</li>
<li>Serve as the end-to-end site owner across homepage, navigation, PLPs, PDPs, cart, and checkout, managing execution, site health, and analytics</li>
<li>Lead Shopify readiness for all product launches, including product setup, asset uploads, merchandising, and QA to ensure brand alignment and accuracy</li>
<li>Coordinate with production partners on drop assortment and manage order flow from Shopify to internal systems (e.g., NetSuite)
</li><li>Own and monitor core ecommerce KPIs, including site traffic, conversion rate, AOV, UPT, cart/checkout rates</li>
<li>Manage ecommerce analytics and reporting; translate data into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners</li>
<li>Build and execute site enhancement roadmap (A/B testing, PDP templates, cart improvements, product upsells, etc.), developing business cases, defining success metrics, and analyzing results post-launch</li>
<li>Own site health, QA processes, and issue prioritization to ensure stability and performance</li>
<li>Ensure flawless site execution for all drops, promotions, and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and operations</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally to ensure onsite messaging is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand/marketing</li>
</ul>
Lifecycle and Retention
<ul>
<li>Own day-to-day execution and performance of email and SMS marketing campaigns in partnership with the creative marketing team</li>
<li>Manage email and SMS calendar, segmentation, implementation, QA, deployment, and optimization</li>
<li>Develop and optimize lifecycle flows (abandoned cart, browse abandonment, drop announcements, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) to drive repeat purchase and retention</li>
<li>Analyze retention performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue</li>
<li>Drive A/B testing across email and SMS, including design, KPI definition, implementation, and performance analysis</li>
<li>Continuously optimize subject lines, creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and send timing to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion</li></ul> 


You&rsquo;re going to need this to carry out this job
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably for a DTC fashion brand
</li><li>Passion for streetwear, subcultures, and pop culture
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>Deep familiarity with Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred) and ecommerce ecosystems, with strong technical fluency across web design, integrations, UX, SEO, and analytics</li>
<li>Hands-on experience managing email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo), including campaign builds, segmentation, automation, and QA</li>
<li>Demonstrated success driving traffic, conversion rate, and revenue growth on a global ecommerce platform</li>
<li>Demonstrated success driving revenue through lifecycle marketing, including automated flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, drop campaigns)</li>
<li>Experience managing high-traffic launches, limited drops, or capsule collections is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Must be a self-starter who takes initiative with a strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Able to collaborate cross-functionally across creative, marketing, and operations teams</li>
<li>Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously</li>
