WHAT WILL YOU DO?</b></p><p>
As a Marketing specialist, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, aligned to local and corporate business priorities, as well as oversee the implementation of integrated multi-touch marketing campaigns to help us develop the marketing pipeline and to deliver leads to our sales team. You will also be accountable for planning and budget oversight for all the marketing activities in your regions and markets, in partnership with other team members. You will be part of the virtual marketing team based in Dubai and South Africa and work in cross-functional teams around the region. Some Key Responsibilities:</i></p><ul><li>
Plan, execute and follow up on marketing campaigns and activities i.e events, partner shows, webinars, trainings and digital programs driven by Axis and key partners (i.e., distributors, Technology Integration Partners and resellers) in your specific markets to support Axis local sales growth objectives</li><li>
Research and identify new marketing opportunities for exposing the Axis brand and message to important target groups</li><li>
Drive pipeline generation through integrated demand generation programs, ensuring marketing activities deliver qualified leads and measurable contribution to the regional sales pipeline</li><li>
Develop and execute end-customer marketing initiatives targeting priority verticals and key accounts, building awareness and demand directly with decision makers and influencers</li><li>
Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic end-customer accounts, in close alignment with sales</li><li>
Lead and manage all aspects of physical and virtual events across Turkey and Central Asia</li><li>
Actively work with Product Marketing and Sales, to ensure Axis&rsquo; product launches are clearly communicated and demonstrated to key target groups</li><li>
Drive the Axis Channel Partner Program and develop channel marketing initiatives, including co-marketing plans and activities with distributors and key partners</li><li>
Manage local public relations activities, including press releases, media relations and spokesperson coordination, in line with corporate PR guidelines</li><li>
Participate in quarterly reviews and planning meetings with local key distributors.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

Monitor the EPC Contractor in order to ensure quality, safety, schedule and compliance to approved design. He will lead site inspections.</li><li>
Detect and anticipate issues/problems at site and suggest solutions in liaise with project management and EPC teams.</li><li>
Review and assess Contractor's Daily Report.</li><li>
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to carry out commissioning activities.</li><li>
Interpret drawings, specifications and consult with contractors (if required) to ensure compliance with the program.</li><li>
Rectify any errors revealed in the detailed design or the working drawings.</li><li>
Supervise inspection, testing and commissioning,</li><li>
Oversee site safety, health, and environmental aspects regularly to ensure a safe, environmentally friendly site environment with zero man-hour loss.</li><li>
Maintain records of site activities, progress, non-conformities, remedial actions, follow-up history, near-miss cases, lessons learned, and interface cases at the site level.</li><li>
Perform site progress meetings and attend monthly meetings if required by the Project Management.</li><li>
Certify all report of materials, certify site progress reports, all inspections performed and attended by him or his team at site, joint measurement certificates to certify the progress of works and related invoicing. Acceptance tests and commissioning shall be carried out by the Contractor and shall be supervised by the substation specialist, in the presence of client representatives.</li><li>
Coordinate the required interface for outages with client's stakeholders and the contractors.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><p>
The substation specialist shall be an electrical engineer with minimum 10 years' experience in 400 kV substation turnkey installations for similar project in nature and complexity. Must have proven record on working on similar projects, both on design and on construction phases. Must be able to demonstrate a strong attention to field safety. Working language will be English (spoken and written). Speaking Arabic would be appreciated (but not mandatory).</p></div></div><p></p>
