Responsibilities:

Qualifications

<div>The Creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, planning, creation, and execution of Toastique&rsquo;s social media content across corporate channels while supporting franchise locations with social best practices and localized content opportunities.This role requires someone who understands social-first storytelling, has a strong eye for visual content, can capture and edit compelling short-form video, and knows how to turn brand moments into engaging digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, trend forecaster, and brand storyteller. 
Creative Content and Social Media Manager will work at the Union Market Office (325 Morse St NE) 2-4 days a week once fully onboarded and dependent on content/photoshoot locations. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Content Capture and Editing<ul><li>
Shoot and edit short form video daily for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including product features, behind-the-scenes moments, trend-driven content, and product + team storytelling</li><li>
Capture high-quality photography and lifestyle stills for use across social, web, email, and franchise toolkits</li><li>
Produce polished on brand edits on a fast turnaround against the content calendar</li></ul></li><li>
Social Media Strategy and Management</li><li>
Manage the day-to-day posting and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn</li><li>
Write engaging captions with strong hooks, clear calls-to-action, and platform-appropriate tone</li><li>
Ensure that all content follows the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and visual identity</li><li>
Assist in maintaining organized workflows for scheduled posts and content preparation</li><li>
Develop and execute Toastique&rsquo;s social media strategy across:<ul><li>

Content Creation and Video Editing<ul><li>
Create high-quality short form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts</li><li>
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut</li><li>
Design engaging carousel posts, story graphics, and branded visual assets using Canva or similar design tools</li><li>
Ensure all creative output aligns with the brands aesthetic and visual standards</li></ul></li><li>
Contribute to monthly content planning with influencer and community highlights</li><li>
Franchise Support<ul><li>
Provide social media guidance and content support to franchisees</li><li>
Develop social toolkits for local store marketing</li><li>
Identify user-generated content opportunities</li><li>
Help elevate underperforming markets through localized social strategies</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
3+ years experience creating and managing organic social campaigns on Meta (Instagram &amp; Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube, with a portfolio of short form videos you have personally shot and edited</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing:<ul><li>
Short-form video</li><li>
Photography</li><li>
Social campaign execution</li></ul></li><li>
Proven experience in either CapCut, DaVinci, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent editing tools</li><li>
Deep understanding of:<ul><li>

Platform algorithms</li><li>

Experience in food, beverage, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred</li><li>
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills</li><li>
Familiar with social media management tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency</li><li>
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Willingness to travel for content capture and store visits</li><li>
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that differentiate our brand in a crowded digital landscape</li><li>
Understanding of social media KPIs; assist with tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance user engagement and suggest content optimization</li><li>
