 The Territory Manager (TM) is the primary contact for all aspects of OrganOx commercial business in assigned territory. They will aid in research related activities and clinical research including collecting blood, urine/stool or tissue samples, and processing/shipping biological samples, as well as maintaining all laboratory documentation and supplies. Perform lab tests, collect subject specimens, and process samples according to corresponding study lab manual</li><li>
Responsible for daily phlebotomy (venipuncture, IV catheter or capillary collections) and specimen processing, and biological sample shipping using universal precautions</li><li>
Uses proper tools such as appropriate needle gauge and type of needle (straight needle, butterfly, or IV catheter) and judgment to obtain optimum specimens while minimizing discomfort and hazards for the patient</li><li>
Collect, organize, store, and ship samples in accordance with quality control and all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample</li><li>
Ship processed specimens to the central and/or local lab in a timely manner and according to study lab manuals</li><li>

Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> 
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals.</li><li>Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as chemical peels, HydraFacial, laser treatments, and other non-surgical procedures, tailored to individual client requirements.</li><li>Administer facials and other skincare services using professional techniques and high-quality products to improve skin tone, texture, and overall appearance.</li><li>Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results.</li><li>Utilize medical-grade equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.</li><li>Educate clients on proper skincare practices, including sun protection, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that promote healthy skin.</li><li>Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications.</li><li>Collaborate with Aesthetic Practitioners to develop comprehensive treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and progress photos, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest advancements in skincare, cosmetic procedures, and industry trends through continuous education and professional development.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Skills, Knowledge, &amp; Expertise</h3><div> 

Education / Experience Requirements</div><ul><li>Licensed Aesthetician.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred.</li><li>Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.</li></ul>
Must be able to work rotational Saturdays<div>
