We are expanding into a new residential investor lending division focused on DSCR rental loans, residential transition loans, bridge loans, fix &amp; flip loans, and select small-balance multifamily / mixed-use opportunities. 
This is a rare opportunity to help build a new division inside a strong existing lending platform. Role Description
TrueStone Lending is seeking a VP of Credit &amp; Capital Markets to help build, lead, and scale our DSCR / RTL / residential investor lending platform. 
This person will sit at the center of credit, product, pricing, underwriting, loan sale strategy, investor eligibility, and operational execution. The role is not simply to approve loans. The role is to help build a repeatable lending machine that produces strong, saleable, institutionally acceptable loans. 
The ideal candidate has direct experience in DSCR, RTL, fix &amp; flip, bridge, private lending, Non-QM, or business-purpose lending and understands how loans need to be structured from day one so they can fit buyer, aggregator, warehouse, or institutional investor requirements.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>

How You&rsquo;ll Spend Your Time: 
 
Acquisition Underwriting<ul><li>
Evaluate incoming debt-sale opportunities by building loan-level and cohort-level collection and cash-flow forecasts and recommending bid pricing, expressed in cents on the dollar.</li><li>
Stratify portfolios by product type, balance band, delinquency/age, state (statute-of-limitations exposure), and account attributes to understand what drives value.</li><li>
Run seller data due diligence: completeness and fill rates, balance reconciliation to the tape, documentation/media availability, chain of title, bankruptcy/deceased scrubs, and prior placement history.</li><li>
Build return models &mdash; IRR, MOIC, NPV/discounting, hurdle achievement &mdash; and stress-test the assumptions that matter most.</li><li>
Translate underwriting assumptions into explicit, monitorable post-purchase expectations so we can later measure actual vs. underwritten.</li></ul>
Portfolio Surveillance<ul><li>
Track actual collection curves against underwritten curves by batch and vintage.</li><li>
Maintain IRR/MOIC tracking against hurdle targets; flag underperformance early.</li><li>
Partner with Data Science on estimated remaining collections (ERC) recalibration.</li><li>
Diagnose return gaps by connecting them to operational drivers (outreach cadence, right-party contact, conversion, break/keep rates) and population factors (bankruptcy, bad contact data).</li><li>
Produce recurring portfolio-risk reporting for leadership.</li></ul>
Building the Function<ul><li>
Help establish the risk playbook: underwriting standards, pricing methodology, monitoring cadence, and escalation thresholds.</li><li>
Codify reusable analyses and write documentation for clarity and replicability.</li><li>

The Manager Solutions team is responsible for the research, selection, and ongoing monitoring of asset managers used across Global Wealth Management investment programs. The team supports a global client base and operates across New York, London, and Mumbai.
We are seeking a Senior Associate with a focus on fixed income funds, ETFs and separate accounts. This individual will play a critical role in manager research, investment underwriting, and ongoing monitoring across a variety of fixed income sectors. The role serves as a key point of contact for external asset managers and contributes directly to investment committee recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Research, select, and monitor fixed income investment managers, with emphasis on evaluating investment process, team, philosophy, and performance</li>

<li>Superior writing and presentation skills &mdash; this role produces committee-level work product and requires the ability to communicate complex analysis clearly, precisely, and with appropriate nuance</li>
<li>Critical thinking and constructive skepticism &mdash; comfort pushing past marketing narratives, flagging risks, and distinguishing between genuine alpha and market beta</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the Private Bank externally in manager meetings and across internal teams</li>
