About the Role</h2>

Ernesta is seeking an Operations Analyst to support inventory planning, operational financial analysis, logistics data support, and new product launch execution across the Operations function. This role sits at the intersection of inventory strategy, working capital discipline, operational execution, and data infrastructure.

This is a highly analytical and cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives in both structured financial analysis and dynamic operational environments &mdash; able to translate data into decisions, align stakeholders across functions, and build scalable processes that support growth.

Inventory &amp; Sample Planning</h2>
<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day sample planning tools and incorporate the latest forecasts to drive replenishment decisions; proactively flag and reorder samples selling faster than planned, accounting for wide variation in supplier lead times.</li>
<li>Generate clear recommended actions for each backorder; partner closely with the Customer Experience team to provide the information they need to have informed conversations with customers</li>

<ul><li>Manage the launch playbook cross-functionally, tracking open items across merchandising, supply planning, and operations and ensuring each workstream hits its milestones</li>
<li>Execute all system changes required to support launch: SKU setup in the WMS, OMS, and Shopify</li>
<li>Work directly with merchandising on last-minute changes &mdash; understanding how late updates (style changes, size additions, color drops) cascade through the launch plan and adjusting execution accordingly</li>
<li>Ensure sample materials are ordered and available ahead of launch, accounting for supplier lead times</li>
<li>Flag launch blockers early, drive resolution, and maintain clear visibility into what is at risk and what needs escalation</li>

<ul><li>Implement carrier territory changes across all relevant systems when hub assignments, zip code coverage, or carrier networks shift</li>
<li>Maintain carrier routing data &mdash; hub-to-zip mappings, service zone files, and coverage logic &mdash; and identify orders routed to the wrong hub before they are acted on</li>
<li>Build and maintain carrier performance KPIs: on-time rates, exception rates, cost per shipment, and other metrics used to evaluate carrier health and inform contract decisions.</li>

<ul><li>Collect all data required for EOM close across carriers and cost categories</li>
<li>Flow processed data through all relevant dashboards and systems</li>

<li>Deliver a monthly readout to senior leadership covering total costs by carrier, record volumes, key anomalies, and open items carrying into the next month</li>

Global Asset Servicing &ndash; Corporate Actions Overview
<ul><li>Manage daily Corporate Action Events across multiple fixed income products.
</li><li>Familiarity with DTC, Euroclear and foreign depository clearance, settlements, and Asset Servicing.
</li><li>Knowledge of new bond issues, changes in terms and conditions to the indentures, details, and calculations of interest for P&amp;I, fixed and floating rate issues, bankruptcies, liquidations, defaults, consents, conversions, full and partial calls, and maturities.
</li><li>Responsible for processing Corporate Actions from trade date to settlement date including fails management over the complete event.
</li><li>Interact with operations groups globally to provide industry leading client service to external clients and internal stakeholders.

</li></ul>The Global Asset Servicing Corporate Actions team is responsible for ensuring complete, accurate, and timely processing of all corporate actions as well as maintaining the multiple security masters (cross platform).
Primary Responsibilities :
<ul><li>Asset Servicing event creation in proprietary systems.
</li><li>Perform day-to-day processing and reconciliation of all Corporate Action Events.
</li><li>Identification, escalation, and resolution of corporate action issues understanding while working against critical deadlines.
</li><li>Processing ad-hoc bond conversion requests on 144A/REGS securities.
</li><li>Working with external brokers to process events on Repo / Stock Loan positions and settle claims.
</li><li>Respond to both internal and external inquiries expeditiously.

The Operations Analyst/Specialist II TDS coordinates and executes projects primarily focused on the continuous improvement of Operations and/or the attainment of organizational objectives. The Operations Analyst/Specialist II TDS assists Operations management in identifying opportunities for process improvements, analyzes options (including software, workflow changes, training needs, and procedure modification), and presents recommendations and implements change.
Depth &amp; Scope:

What You&rsquo;ll Get to Do
in the Factory &amp; Material Estimating team in the Pricing &amp; Estimating organization within Business Management Engage with various proposal teams across the Mission Systems Sector as you help to build up Material and Labor cost estimates. Develop in-house tools/solutions to drive efficiency and maintain compliance with FAR/DFAR requirements. Analyze data and develop sector wide cost factors and cost estimating relationships, while assisting in bringing estimating into the S4 environment.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Primary responsibility to develop and maintain material and factory labor cost factors and cost estimating relationships (such as SARM, material quantity adjustment curve, and escalation)</li><li>
Secondarily, coordinate the preparation and documentation of priced Bill of Material (BOM) and Factory Labor cost estimate developments as required</li><li>
Validate estimating approach and participate in customer negotiations</li><li>
Analyze historical data and perform ad hoc data mining and analytics</li><li>
Support Estimating System and Proposal Audits as well as Customer Fact Finding ensuring TINA compliance during all aspects of the proposal process</li><li>
Support Estimating transition of Tools and Methods from ERP2 to S4 Hana environment</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor of Science degree plus 5 years of experience in pricing, operations, business management, or a related field (i.e. supply chain, etc.) - OR - a Master of Science degree plus 3 years of experience as described above.</li><li>
Experience w/VBA &amp; SQL in Access and Excel</li><li>
US Citizenship is required</li><li>
The ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.</li></ul>

Experience with bill of material or factory labor estimating and the QUEST estimating tool</li><li>

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,900.00 - $148,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
