 The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Our salary ranges are based on national compensation benchmarks of similar sized companies in professional services. This position is eligible for an annual bonus at 3% of the annual salary.

The Associate Director serves as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership on incentive compensation strategy, providing insights and recommendations that support business performance and field engagement. Journal Production
