In this role, the successful candidate As part of the Pharmacy Business &amp; Analytics (PBA) team, this position monitors and manages Third Party Administrator

paramount focus will be responsibly monitoring for diversion and 340B, GPO, and WAC pricing integrity. Manages
 
formulary matrix performance reporting and responds to alerts to perform drug mapping, execute on penny buys, and
 
maintain processes for revenue-integrity analytics. Other key areas of focus include conversion factor maintenance, file
 
extractions &amp; connectivity (ongoing support), IT/Epic/Willow support, general reporting and monitoring, compliance (GPO
 
Prohibition), reimbursement and cost report collaboration, assessing current and future opportunities, and inventory
 
maintenance and monitoring. Additionally, this position will assist with the monitoring and management of contract
 
pharmacy operations, writing PBA/340B policies and procedures, education and training, and Office of Pharmacy Affairs

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain pharmacy acquisition, WAC and 340B costs and assists in charge configuration reviews with revenue cycle and Willow teams. This will require routine consult with the pharmacy purchasing staff and the pharmacy drug wholesaler to ensure accurate pricing and purchase unit configuration in all related electronic billing systems. Investigates and resolves 340B, GPO, and WAC pricing discrepancies with drug wholesalers and further pursues resolution with other resources as necessary. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards for 340B Program. Monitors for potential drug supply chain issues, wastage and shrinkage, revenue integrity, billing, and mismatches between clinical and financial charge databases. Utilizes the TPA to identify and optimize revenue opportunities by executing orders for Penny Buys (340B). Performs billing quality assurance (QA) before and after price uploads, as well as when new medications are approved by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee (P&amp;T). Assists and supports pharmacy drug file maintenance. Supports related pharmacy applications (Electronic Health Record, automation technology, etc.) including, but not limited to, system upgrade and maintenance, which may require working during off hours. Prepares system generated report to support pharmacy operations and is available for system troubleshooting and downtimes. Supports the auditing process required for program compliance and reporting. Assists and supports employee training for systems utilization and adaptation. Supports a non-punitive reporting approach when medication variances are identified as due to an individual/group involvement. Provides tools and coaching sessions, when necessary, to establish an environment for improvement. Act as a liaison to the TPA, other vendors, consultants, and pharmacy. Attend meetings as required. Serves as a member of the pharmacy departments leadership team. Summary

Our physicians are leaders in subspecialized radiology and are committed to advancing patient care through innovative imaging, theranostics, and clinical research.
The Theranostics &amp; Research Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both the growing Theranostics Program and the clinical research portfolio at East River Medical Imaging. This position is responsible for coordinating patient care, scheduling research and therapeutic procedures, supporting study start-up activities, managing clinical trial data transfers, maintaining regulatory and study documentation, and serving as a liaison between patients, research sponsors, study sites, and clinical staff.
The Coordinator serves as a primary operational contact for the Pluvicto&reg; therapy program and assists in ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the treatment journey. The role also supports East River-sponsored and investigator-initiated research studies through participant coordination, documentation management, informed consent support, and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), institutional policies, and protocol requirements.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for advancing patient care through clinical research and precision medicine.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
Theranostics Program Coordination
<ul><li>Serve as a primary coordinator for the Theranostics Program, including Pluvicto&reg; therapy and future radiopharmaceutical therapies.</li>
<li>Coordinate patient scheduling across consultations, imaging appointments, dosimetry studies, laboratory testing, treatment administration, and follow-up visits.</li>
<li>Monitor patient readiness for treatment by coordinating required bloodwork, insurance approvals, and physician documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate radiopharmaceutical dose ordering and scheduling with vendors and internal clinical teams.</li>
<li>Communicate appointment details, preparation instructions, and treatment expectations to patients and caregivers.</li>
<li>Act as a patient advocate by addressing questions, facilitating communication, and supporting a best-in-class patient experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient treatment workflows.</li>
<li>Track patient milestones and ensure timely completion of protocol-required procedures and assessments.</li>
<li>Escalate clinical, scheduling, or operational concerns to appropriate team members.</li>

Clinical Research Operations
<ul><li>Support study start-up activities, including feasibility assessments, site qualification activities, investigator documentation, training records, and study activation processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate research imaging appointments and protocol-specific procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain study calendars, visit schedules, and participant tracking logs.</li>
<li>Facilitate communication with sponsors, CROs, research coordinators, and participating research sites.</li>
<li>Support participant recruitment, scheduling, and retention activities.</li>
<li>Assist with informed consent discussions and documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and delegated responsibilities.</li>
<li>Coordinate protocol-related communications between Principal Investigators, radiologists, research staff, technologists, and nursing personnel.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of study documentation.</li>
</ul>
Data Management &amp; Imaging Transfers
<ul><li>Perform protocol-specific image and data transfers in accordance with study requirements.</li>
<li>De-identify and anonymize imaging data prior to transfer in compliance with HIPAA, sponsor requirements, and study protocols.</li>
<li>Upload imaging studies and supporting documentation to sponsor portals, imaging core labs, and research databases.</li>
<li>Maintain transfer logs and documentation demonstrating data integrity and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot data transfer issues and coordinate resolution with sponsors, CROs, core laboratories, and internal IT resources.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to study timelines and sponsor requirements for imaging submissions.</li>
</ul>
Regulatory &amp; Quality Support
<ul><li>Support maintenance of regulatory binders, study files, delegation logs, training documentation, and essential research records.</li>
<li>Assist with internal audits, sponsor monitoring visits, and regulatory inspections.</li>
<li>Review study procedures, policies, and protocol amendments to support operational compliance.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, institutional policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to research and theranostics operations.</li>
