<li>Education Requirement: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of payroll experience with a strong focus on payroll tax.</li>
<li>Experience supporting multi-state payroll tax requirements.</li>
<li>Exposure to Canadian payroll tax requirements and reporting (T-4).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of payroll tax calculations, filings, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Experience performing payroll tax reconciliations and resolving tax discrepancies.</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate across payroll, HRIS, Finance, and vendor teams.</li></ul><br>

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>

<div><ul><li>Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.</li>
<li>Experience working with enterprise payroll systems (UKG, SAP, Workday, ADP, or similar).</li>
<li>Experience supporting year-end payroll processes and tax reporting.</li>
<li>Experience working with payroll vendors and tax service providers.</li>
<li>Project or process improvement experience.</li></ul></div><br>
