The Pharmacy Prior Authorization Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician III) ensures that all authorizations/certifications for drug therapy are completed in accordance with payer criteria and policy, in a timely manner, and prior to therapy initiation. This position will work with stakeholders inside and outside of the pharmacy department to complete crucial and complex tasks relating to patient care, financial and billing practices, or regulatory compliance.</div><div></div><div>

Responsibilities:

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Accurately manage and administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, policies, and regulations.</li>

 The Accounting Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who supports the Accounting Manager and helps keep the accounting function running smoothly. This role serves as a central point of contact between accounting, internal staff, vendors, and external partners - helping organize documentation, track follow-up items, and ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and timely.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the liaison between the Accounting Manager and internal staff by fielding routine questions, routing requests, and resolving issues before they require escalation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communication and workflow with external bookkeeping partners to ensure the accurate and timely exchange of financial information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform bookkeeping duties, including data entry, transaction coding, receipt matching, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records in accounting systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect, organize, and submit receipts, invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the employee expense reimbursement processes, including tracking submissions, confirming approvals, and following up on missing information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized and complete records for financial documentation, correspondence, vendor files, approvals, and audit support. Prepare reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Place approved orders for residential site management needs and code purchases to the appropriate accounts/ properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Place orders for office supplies, equipment, and other approved purchases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track orders, manage deliveries, resolve vendor questions, and maintain professional vendor relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate purchasing requests, verify approvals, and confirm coding or allocation details when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile purchasing activity and ensure receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation are captured and filed appropriately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support other accounting, administrative, and special projects as needed.
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in office administration, accounting support, bookkeeping, or a related coordination role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of basic accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, expense tracking, or finance operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential financial information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with standard office and accounting tools, including Excel and QuickBooks; experience with property management firms is a plus.

Business Intelligence (BI) Engineers are responsible for the successful delivery, design, and support of high visibility desktop reports, mobile reports, and dashboards. BI Engineers leverage BI applications in accordance with application development standards and best practices. Adopts and adapts to newly approved technologies, programming languages, tools, and standards for business intelligence.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborates to ensure application designs utilize appropriate patterns and standards.</div></li><li><div>
Documents BI application specifications and produces operational support manuals.</div></li><li><div>
Analyzes business needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed.</div></li><li><div>
Identifies and interprets trends, patterns, and correlations among various data points.

Oversees the end-to-end development and support of Costco&rsquo;s BI reporting environments for ongoing metrics, reports, dashboards using Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Airflow, UC4, Cloud Run, Azure Functions, and other technologies as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Creates data visualizations that illustrate data learnings and insights in an understandable and user-friendly manner through software UI / UX design using Power BI and other tools as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Creates, refines, and optimizes dashboards for reporting applications by connecting to one or many of the following: Big Query, Oracle, SAP BW, SAP HANA, and Azure services, such as Azure SQL DW (Synapse), ADLS, Cosmos, Databricks, Delta-Lake and fabric mirroring to improve and speed up delivery of BI solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Identifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing BI capabilities.</div></li><li><div>
Identifies ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management required for building BI applications and reports.</div></li><li><div>
Communicates technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form.</div></li><li><div>
Performs peer reviews for other BI engineers&rsquo; work.</div></li></ul>
REQUIRED<ul><li><div>
3+ years&rsquo; experience working with BI technologies and tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, IBM Cognos, SAP Webi and Tableau; proven and successful implementations of Microsoft Power BI.</div></li><li><div>
2+ years&rsquo; of experience with Power BI.</div></li><li><div>
1+ years&rsquo; using programing languages, such as DAX, MDX, SQL, Python, Java, C#</div></li><li><div>
1+ years&rsquo; BI related experience using ETL, Data warehousing management, Data Mining, Report Designer or development; ability to write complex SQL queries against a variety of data sources.</div></li><li><div>

Working with Systems Engineering and Cybersecurity departments to ensure critical issues and incidents are resolved on time and according to customers expectations.General purpose of the positionThis position is part of Service Desk department and is responsible for the frontline support of our customers' needs including, but not limited to, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues. This position is hybrid, where there is the possibility of being asked to support clients on-site in the greater Seattle area. This position reports to the Director &ndash; Service Desk.Job description<ul><li>Provide technical support for hardware and software issues related to Windows environments. Provide outstanding service to new and existing customers via in-person, telephone, and email. Answering phone calls and responding to customer&rsquo;s emails.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including DNS configurations and VPN connectivity.</li><li>Assist users with Active Directory management, including user account creation and permissions.</li><li>Analyze customer problems and provide timely solutions through remote assistance or on-site visits as needed.</li><li>Document all support interactions in the service desk system (AutoTask) to maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.</li><li>Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance overall service delivery and improve processes.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with users at all levels.</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DHCP, DNS, High Availability, Virtualization, Group Policy, Terminal Services, and Monitoring.</li><li>Experience supporting/troubleshooting Microsoft 365, mobiles devices, and computer peripherals.</li><li>Remote Control support and troubleshooting for: Windows OS; Outlook/Exchange; mobile devices; print/scan/fax, and IP phones; and Microsoft Office Suite, business applications, and web applications.</li><li>Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems, and document and respond to customer issues.</li><li>Provide analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop, server, network, and software problems for end users, if unable to resolve, immediate escalation to remote Systems Administration or Systems Engineering teams.</li><li>Advanced technical and troubleshooting knowledge of desktops and applications.</li><li>Intermediate understanding of networking including but not limited to: Knowledge of common ports, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, Routing, ACLs, NAT, VLAN, and subnetting.</li><li>Extensive Windows and/or Macintosh OS experience, both as a user and as a engineer.</li><li>Experience using a trouble ticketing system, and demonstrable experience in documenting issues, problems, and resolutions.</li><li>Experience in the following applications and protocols a plus: Datto RMM/Autotask, IT Glue, Enterprise Antivirus Solutions, WSUS, website domain management, website security systems, VMWare and Hyper-V.</li><li>Ability to quickly assess situations and escalate issue to higher level technician when necessary.</li><li>Ability to set priorities and solve problems. Efficiency at managing multiple tasks without frequent supervision.</li><li>Provide first level support for network related systems and issues.</li><li>Thoroughly document issues on a regular basis in documentation management system and tickets.</li><li>Ability, experience, and will to resolve 15-20 tickets a day.</li></ul>Education and experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science is preferred.</li><li>2-4 years working full-time in an IT helpdesk, service desk or IT call center environment required.</li><li>Previous MSP experience highly preferred.</li><li>Conversational and written English fluency required.</li><li>Technical Certifications a plus (MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA, etc.).</li><li>Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts, including DNS, VPN, and network troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with Mac OS environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in using Active Directory for user management tasks.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Will be required to take and pass a Live Scan and meet the qualifications to be CJIS Compliant.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt role.
