<ul><li>Ensure consistent use of Aspire (or equivalent) to document work, log labor, and manage job records.</li><li>5+ years of experience in irrigation service leadership, ideally across multiple sites or branches.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Expert-level knowledge of cloud-based controller systems (e.g., Weathermatic, Rain Bird, Baseline, Hunter).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience managing technician schedules, routing, and labor efficiency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of water auditing, evapotranspiration models, and irrigation hydraulics.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Track record of mentoring field staff and building high-performance teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Effective communicator with ability to bridge gaps between estimating, operations, and sales.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Highly proficient in job costing principles, labor forecasting, and reporting tools.</li></ul>

Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.</p></li><li><p>
Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.</p></li><li><p>
Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing repair, if authorized by the Customer.</p></li><li><p>
Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.</p></li><li><p>
Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.</p></li><li><p>
Maintaining an inventory of normal Technician&rsquo;s tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as &ldquo;special tools.&rdquo;</p></li><li><p>
Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.</p></li><li><p>
