<p>We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing Multi-specialty Houston Cancer Treatment Centers.</p><p>The candidate should have an interest in the inpatient (hospital) with outpatient/clinic assistance. The physician assistant rotates monthly from inpatient to clinic to get a wide range of experience in the southeast Houston area. The physician assistant will work under supervision of a Hematology/Oncology physician with the primary focus being cancer care, hematologic care and some Pain and Palliative Care. The PA will be responsible for rounding on new consult&rsquo;s as well as follow-up patients daily in the assigned hospital. The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Texas Children's Hospital is one of the highest volume programs in the world. In addition to over 1000 congenital heart operations annually, TCH is home to an active heart failure program, a busy thoracic organ transplantation service, and one of the largest mechanical circulatory support and VAD programs in the world.
