What you'll do?<ul><li>
Own a high-velocity experimentation program across the acquisition funnel - landing pages, Scan OTP checkout, paywall, and onboarding. Hypothesis build instrument read ship.</li><li>
Stand up entirely new acquisition funnels for new channels and product surfaces, from concept to live, in close partnership with engineering.</li><li>
Attack the known drop-offs - Scan-page OTP fall-off and checkout drop-off - and lift step-by-step conversion across the journey.</li><li>
Partner with our paid team to scale spend efficiently while protecting funnel quality as volume grows.</li><li>
Embed with product and engineering to ship funnel changes and own experiment and tracking infrastructure (PostHog, server-side GTM, CAPI, S2S).</li></ul>
What skills and experiences will help you?<ul><li>
4&ndash;6 years in growth, PMM, growth PM, or conversion-focused marketing at a consumer subscription / app business; privacy, fintech, or B2C SaaS a strong plus.</li><li>
You've owned an experimentation program end-to-end and can show the conversion and CAC impact.</li><li>
You've built or materially rebuilt acquisition funnels - not just optimized copy, but shipped structural funnel changes with engineering.</li><li>
Strongly analytical: you build funnel and cohort analyses from scratch, read A/B tests to significance, and are fluent in a query tool (SQL / PostHog / GA4).</li><li>
Technically conversant: you can spec funnel and tracking work, talk credibly with engineers, and reason about instrumentation and attribution.</li><li>
Self-directed: you take a vague funnel problem, shape it into a workstream, and come back with a recommendation, not just questions.</li><li>
Fluent with AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, analysis, and productivity.</li><li>
Bonus: shipped a funnel/CRO win with a quantified result, launched a new acquisition funnel or channel from zero to live, or run an experimentation program with a documented cadence and win rate.</li></ul>

Compensation and Benefits</h2>
We offer above market rate pay and equity based off of the market&rsquo;s best commercially available data. Your compensation will be a combination of salary, bonus and equity.

Who We&rsquo;re Looking For
We&rsquo;re looking for a strategic, high-performing Paid Media Partnerships Manager, Commerce to lead our paid social and search monetization efforts. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in performance marketing &mdash; particularly within Meta and Google Search Ads 360 &mdash; along with strong client management and team leadership experience.
This role sits within our Commerce Partnerships team and partners closely with social, sales, and editorial stakeholders to scale direct advertising revenue through the New York Post&rsquo;s paid social and search channels. The position will manage two direct reports and play a key role in developing go-to-market strategy, onboarding brand and agency partners, and delivering data-driven optimization guidance to maximize partner ROAS.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, analytical, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced media environment.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Own the full sales lifecycle for direct partners, from prospecting through close.
</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive, verticalized outreach strategies.

</li><li>Proven success executing and optimizing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Search Ads 360.
</li><li>Strong understanding of paid acquisition strategy, performance analytics, and ROAS optimization.
</li><li>Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000 (OTE)
