Job Description</b></p><p></p><p>
The Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy &amp; Innovation (Premium Products) is primarily responsible for driving consumer usage and payment volume growth for our business units, products, and markets that seek to build relevance and preference among the affluent consumer segment. A deep understanding of the luxury and premium space, consumer trends and insights, the client and product landscape is critical to success, as well as an ability to then turn that perspective into effective and innovative marketing strategies for our global product team and markets around the world. Importantly, this position will lead marketing strategy for benefits, experiences, and platform delivery that advance Visa Infinite&rsquo;s brand strategy.</p><p>
This Marketing Strategy Practitioner will work with key global business stakeholders and regional brand and client teams to successfully bring to life &ndash; and evolve over time &ndash; the premium proposition of Visa Infinite and other premium offerings from Visa.</p><p>
The position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and Innovation (Premium Products) and will be based in Visa&rsquo;s New York or San Francisco Office.</p><p>
Partner with the Global Product Team to deeply understand business requirements, product roadmap, benefit acquisition and deployment plans, turning those into actionable marketing strategies.</p><ul><li>
Lead marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging of new marquee global benefits for premium products to drive awareness, distinction, and usage for Visa clients and with Visa cardholders.</li><li>
Identify white-space opportunities and develop action plans in response to competitive moves to drive category distinction and product superiority.</li><li>
Collaborate with Sponsorships, Marketing Services, and the Global Benefits Team to lead and optimize the product-marketing experiences strategy in music, dining, sports, and entertainment to define the spaces and places the Visa Infinite brand and proposition should be deployed.</li><li>
Work with Insights &amp; Analytics, and external partners to deeply analyze global affluence changes and partner with Global Product to inform cardholder benefit acquisition and optimization.</li></ul><p>
Innovate the Visa Infinite brand by anticipating consumer trends and applying insights to build actionable strategies that improve brand preference &amp; usage for this segment.</p><ul><li>
Develop and optimize marketing strategy for new branded benefits programs and benefits delivery platforms for Visa Infinite to elevate premium offerings through a B2B2C model.</li><li>
Support the advancement of an innovation agenda that moves premium marketing and the Visa Infinite brand into new use cases in AI, platforms, partnerships, talent, and channels.</li><li>
Lead marketing strategy to pilot new premium propositions &amp; activations and write briefs for Creative Team to concept breakout ideas that generate Issuer demand and Cardholder preference.</li></ul><p>
Deliver world class marketing strategy execution for Global Product &amp; Regional Marketing Teams</p><ul><li>
Establish an ongoing and optimized global product marketing launch and benefits amplification strategy, including toolkits, playbooks, and multi-seasonal plans for marketing teams.</li><li>
Lead coordination of global strategy for benefits and experiences with Marketing Functions and Regional teams to enable high-quality, on-strategy execution at scale.</li><li>
Define and lead the global consumer learning agenda for affluent segments in partnership with Insights &amp; Analytics and develop a rich understanding of which benefits and payment features shift consumer behavior to enhance the product.</li><li>
Establish clear, globally adopted measurement frameworks to assess brand, benefits engagement, and business impact, with Brand Measurement teams.</li></ul><p>
