Job Description 
This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations by working closely with production teams, overseeing general operation of the office, managing day-to-day office logistics, supporting cross-functional collaboration and maintaining the necessary communication for show productivity. 
Responsibilities:
General Production:<ul><li>
Regularly partner and obtain respective approvals between Studio Executives, Production Operations, Finance and Human Resources.</li><li>
Manage with Production Supervisors all vendor agreements; show credentials; and any other administrative tasks that may arise.</li><li>
Oversee, manage and book crew for studio crew and remote crew</li><li>
Establish rates and approval of timecards for below the line show staff and crew</li><li>
Facilitate all trucking and delivery of show props, wardrobe and technical gear as needed.</li><li>
Work with vendors on costs and orders weekly/monthly.</li><li>
Coordinate backline and stage design with Music Department for House band and musical guest band.</li><li>
Work with show lawyers and standards on all script related issues</li><li>
Knowledge of music clearance as it related to Live Television</li><li>
Manage and oversee studio schedule</li><li>
Manage and produce promos and pretapes in studio.</li></ul>
Travel:<ul><li>

Supervise as needed with producers and production all talent contracts each week, including host, musical guest, dancers, stunts, puppeteers, singers, stand-ins and extras.</li><li>
Act as main point of contact in obtaining Executive leadership approval if/when show staff appear on-air for the show.</li></ul>
Cost Management:<ul><li>
Reconcile travel and production office P-card/cachet charges; ensure accurate financial reporting.</li><li>
Audit car and meal charges against the Company&rsquo;s policy to ensure compliance and enforcement of rules</li><li>
Serve as an approver for P-card and cachet purchases, ensuring compliance with Supervising Producer/</li><li>
Track show costs to ensure accurate reporting for the Supervising Producer and Accounting teams.</li><li>
Oversee Timecards, accounts payable, petty cash, and purchase cards.</li><li>
Provide regular updates on cost performance against budget with Supervising Producer.</li><li>
Flag and escalate irregular and/or suspicious spending, as necessary.</li></ul>

What You'll Do:

<li>Campaign Ownership &amp; Production
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end execution of branded social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.</li>
<li>Manage timelines, approvals, asset delivery and cross-functional coordination from kickoff through post-campaign reporting.</li>
<li>Write and edit scripts that translate partner messaging into platform-native storytelling tailored to the TPG audience.</li>
<li>Direct on-camera talent and ensure final deliverables align with TPG's editorial voice and brand standards.</li>
<li>Oversee post-production, working closely with freelance editors and internal video teams to ensure creative quality and timely delivery.</li>
<li>Appear as on-camera talent in partnerships videos as needed.</li>
<li>Capture content in the field when needed, including travel shoots and on-location production.</li>
</ul></li><li>Client &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul><li>Serve as a client-facing lead on select campaigns, confidently running calls and managing feedback.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Sales, Editorial, Video, Marketing and Analytics teams to execute seamless, high-performing campaigns.</li>
<li>Support pre-sale ideation and RFP concepting in collaboration with senior leadership.</li>
<li>Maintain organized campaign documentation and workflows to ensure scale and efficiency.</li>

<li>5-7+ years of experience in social media, branded content, agency production or client services.</li>
<li>Strong short-form video instincts and deep understanding of platform-native storytelling.</li>
<li>Comfortable writing scripts, directing talent and overseeing edits.</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without sacrificing detail.</li>
<li>Confident in client-facing environments and able to navigate feedback with clarity and professionalism.</li>
<li>A strategic thinker who understands how creative execution connects to revenue outcomes.</li>
<li>Experience in travel, finance or performance-driven media is a plus.</li>

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Job Description 
The Manager, Visual Merchandising (Design) will oversee the design, development, installation, and maintenance of permanent visual merchandising fixtures, with a strong focus on &quot;caselines&quot; environments and Make Up optimization. This role is pivotal in deploying Head Office designs, managing local production, and ensuring brand consistency across all retail doors.
They will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical drawings, managing vendor production, and developing merchandising guidelines. A deep understanding of materials like acrylic, metal, paper, and fabrics, along with knowledge of mechanical engineering, is essential. The role requires strong collaboration with various internal teams, including Marketing, Store Design, Purchasing, and Operations, as well as external retailers to secure merchandising approvals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage the design, development, installation and maintenance of Visual Merchandising fixtures that will remain permanently in stores (generic and personalized doors). High focus on &ldquo;caselines&rdquo; environment.</li><li>
Manage and maintain database of permanent planograms, high focus on Make Up scope as the brand is looking in optimizing this specific axe.</li><li>
Deploy Head Office designs, manage local production.</li><li>
When needed, create renderings, drawings, manage production and installations.</li><li>
Liaise with Central VM team in Paris for approvals or directives.</li><li>
Develop and maintain Retailer relationships. Obtain retailer approvals for merchandising opportunities.</li><li>
Proficient in Sketchup, Illustrator and Photoshop, (any other 3D software is a plus) to create detailed mechanical drawings for vendors, as well as merchandising guidelines for the field for execution.</li><li>
Must have knowledge of mechanical engineering, be well versed in acrylic, metal, papers and fabrics limitations, decorations and other materials.</li><li>
Oversee engineering drawings, provide type-safety artwork and approve pre-production samples and prototypes.</li><li>
Coordinate with the store design team for integration in architecture if needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with purchasing as per protocol.</li><li>
Coordinate with marketing team for business strategy relevance.</li><li>
Liaise with operational team for logistic and guidelines for deployment.</li><li>

Qualifications
