The high level:
The Program Manager (PM) is part of a team of leaders rallied together to eradicate the early literacy crisis. The Program Manager&rsquo;s main role is to lead, develop and mobilize a team of AmeriCorps members and volunteers to deliver high-quality, effective one-on-one instruction to our students that maximizes students&rsquo; literacy outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Program Director at Reading Partners New York, the Program Manager manages all aspects of program quality, delivery, and implementation in five schools. The Program Manager directs the day-to-day operations of our reading centers, internal and external relationships (e.g. principals, community-based organizations, etc.), leads and supports a team of 9-11 AmeriCorps members, coaches and supports volunteers, drives processes and strategies to maximize literacy development in our students, and uses data to drive decision-making and progress. The Program Manager is an inspiring team leader, is savvy at the art of managing people and projects, is goal-oriented and is excited by both strategic and on-the-ground work.
They will partner closely with the National Program Team on quality standards, problem-solving, student assessment, progress monitoring, program accountability, and related activities to program enhancements or program pilots. The PM will work closely with a program management team on the ground to ensure successful outcomes for over 1650 of students in the region.
What you&rsquo;ll do:
Execute the Reading Partners program across five schools
<ul><li>Ensure that our program is implemented and executed with fidelity in alignment with the program quality standards</li><li>
Ensure the program is implemented and executed to the highest quality to have the highest impact for an average of at least 50-70 students per reading center in your portfolio.</li><li>
Supervise program implementation so that students enrolled achieve their literacy goals:<ul><li>
Ensure each student is assessed, enrolled and placed properly in the curriculum</li><li>
Achieve 90% enrollment of students by the beginning of February each school year.</li><li>
Achieve and maintain above 90% attendance for all students enrolled in the program</li><li>
Ensure every student completes milestone assessments
</li><li>Provide support so that students will master grade-appropriate foundational literacy skills, as measured by a research-based, elementary literacy assessment:<ul><li>
85% of all students will meet their individualized end-of-year literacy growth goal</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>
Create and manage systems to ensure student success (e.g. students are properly placed in the curriculum, every student is enrolled in 2 sessions per week)</li><li>

Be able to set up strong systems for communication and messaging, tailor communication to audiences, and contextualize messaging. Lead implementation of our organization&rsquo;s assessment and curriculum and serve as a local subject matter expert on Reading Partners&rsquo; curriculum.  The Senior Project Manager leads client-focused initiatives to implement Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. Collaborating at multiple levels with the Adobe Global Services and Field Sales teams and various key customers and partners, this strategic role leads every phase of project planning.  What You'll Do
 Work with customer(s) and Adobe Field and Services Sales teams to clearly define project scope, requirements, and integration points. Document these details as they relate to solution implementation.
 Coordinate project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests - including tasks, deliverables, achievements, resources, and estimated costs. Act as primary point of contact for the client(s) throughout the project lifecycle.

 What You Need to Succeed
 Minimum 8 – 10 years of previous experience in a client-facing project management position, preferably within the Digital Marketing Cloud domain. This encompasses familiarity with Web Content Management, Rich internet applications, Web & Social Analytics, online Ad Targeting, and content Personalization solutions.
 8 – 10 years of demonstrated achievement in a software-focused PM position is strongly preferred. Previous experience as a project manager in a SaaS setting is required.
 Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems.
 Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
 An innovative thinker, collaborative business partner, who is well-organized and detailed with strong presentation and reporting skills is required.
 Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout Adobe, and communicating with client managers, directors, and VPs including CMOs and CXOs.
