The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will join a supportive and collaborative Legal Recruiting team in Sidley&rsquo;s New York office. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Senior Legal Recruiting Manager with the planning and execution of the summer associate program and executing the firm&rsquo;s 1L, 2L and 3L recruiting strategies, including law school engagement initiatives for the New York office.</div>
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide general support to the Senior Legal Recruiting Manager</li><li>
Assist in coordinating and planning all aspects of the summer associate program (events, trainings, work assignments, reviews etc.)</li><li>
Help maintain accurate records for the summer program</li><li>
Assist with summer associate onboarding and orientation as necessary</li><li>

Serve as a firm ambassador</li><li>

 We&rsquo;re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support our rapid growth and drive operational excellence in recruiting. You'll work closely with our recruiting team to coordinate interviews, create great candidate experiences, and help us find talented people across engineering, design, product, and GTM.
 
 
 What you'll do

 Coordinate interviews and candidate logistics from sourcing to on-site interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

 Own scheduling logistics, including calendar alignment, interview confirmations, and in-office candidate experiences (e.g., lunch orders, room bookings).

 Maintain data accuracy within Ashby ATS and pull reports for recruiting analytics.
