 Responsible for the growth and margin increase in the paper and disposables, cups and lids and Non-Foods item classes for various OpCo&rsquo;s. Responsible for the product education and sales training of our Account Executives, Customer Service and Sales Management in the field as it relates to these products. Responsible for the evaluation of inventory for this item class to ensure that each OpCo has the proper mix of products for customer&rsquo;s needs and ease of selling for the sales staff. Communicate to and with our suppliers and assist in implementing programs for the mutual benefit of both PFG segment and supplier. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

   Responsible for growing sales and increasing gross profit margins in the item classes described above.

   Works closely with the Non-Foods Merchandising Manager(s), and within the parameters of the Corporate administered purchasing programs, including earned income programs.

   Minimizing the cost of goods with manufacturers and suppliers through assisting in negotiations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide Merchandising support to sales by assisting in preparing bids, providing product training and information, and recommending pricing strategies and planning promotions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design training aids to assist in the education of our Account Executives (AE), Customer Service Representatives and Merchandise Managers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:</b></p><p>
We are seeking a driven and versatile Senior Dual Sales Manager to oversee group and business transient sales efforts for two hotel properties. In this dual-role capacity, the Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by building relationships, prospecting new business, and maintaining key accounts across both hotels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel sales, excellent organizational skills, mentoring team members, and the ability to effectively manage priorities in a multi-property environment.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
What will you be doing most days?</b></p><ul><li>
Proactively sell and promote both hotel properties to targeted market segments including corporate, group, SMERF, and local accounts.</li><li>
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through sales calls, site tours, networking, and client events.</li><li>
Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.</li><li>
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation in accordance with brand and company standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue potential for both properties.</li><li>
Coordinate and conduct site inspections, sales blitzes, and trade show participation on behalf of both hotels.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, or similar).</li><li>
Achieve or exceed individual and combined room night and revenue goals.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with catering, operations, and brand teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li><li>
Regularly analyze local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
What are the requirements for this position?</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.</li><li>
4+ years of hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-brand experience is highly desirable.</li><li>
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating business relationships.</li><li>
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Ability to travel between both hotel locations as needed and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce).</li><li>
