The compensation package for this role includes a starting salary (base) range of $56,000 - $136,500 per year plus eligibility for uncapped variable compensation. The anticipated total earnings are $106,000 - $236,500 at target levels of performance against commercial goals in a full and typical fiscal year, with lucrative uncapped earning potential to reward overperformance. Actual salary and on-target earnings vary due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location.  The expected base salary for this position is a base salary of $84,000-$105,000 USD per year with eligibility for bonus.  Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors. Responsibilities
The Public Sector Partner Relationship Manager, Associate Director is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling Moody&rsquo;s public‑sector partner relationships to drive channel‑led pipeline and revenue growth. This role focuses on commercial partnership execution, acting as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of government partners including prime contractors, resellers, aggregators, and co‑sell partners.
Sitting within the Channel Sales Partnerships team, the Partner Relationship Manager works closely with Sales, Government Commercial Strategy, Partner Success, and Legal to ensure partners are strategically aligned, commercially effective, and actively contributing to government deal pursuits. The role is critical to expanding Moody&rsquo;s reach into government markets through third‑party channels while maintaining focus, discipline, and performance accountability. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in public sector partner ecosystems, understands government procurement models, and excels at aligning internal teams with external partners to deliver mutual value.<ul><li>
Partner Relationship Management: Own senior-level relationships with partner leadership and key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring alignment on strategy, priorities, and joint objectives.</li><li>
Manage Sales Activities: Oversee sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue across government segments.</li><li>

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $113,200.00 - $164,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. Annual Salary
