Solves client problems with a sense of urgency, has and maintains a keen knowledge of employee benefits and retirement plan and all functionalities of FFEnroll</li><li>
Has a keen knowledge of company operations, insurance products, TPA services and the employee benefits/insurance industry</li><li>
Works with manager and senior staff to acquire new business, and maintain current customer satisfaction and retention</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalency (GED).</li><li>
3-5 years working with retirement plan benefit administration</li><li>
3 years of customer service or general business.</li><li>
Working knowledge of retirement plans and worksite marketing products.</li><li>
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred</li><li>
Life &amp; Health Insurance License (or be able to obtain in 90 days).</li><li>
FINRA Series 6 &amp; 63 License (or be able to obtain within 24 months).</li><li>
Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of handling sensitive client information.</li><li>
Must have proven oral and written communication skills through work.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Knowledge of the K-12 market benefits preferred.</li><li>
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word &amp; Outlook</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
