The HR Data Security Governance Analyst supports the Enterprise Data Steward &ndash; Employee in executing and documenting HR data governance, system security, and data privacy initiatives. This role is responsible for processing HR security requests, maintaining detailed process documentation, supporting data privacy projects, and collaborating with the HRMS &amp; Analytics teams. <ul><li>Process HR system security requests (e.g., access provisioning, role changes) using LYB approved methods: GRC, IT Service Tickets.</li>
<li>Assist the Enterprise Data Steward &ndash; Employee in developing and updating security policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure system access controls alignment across P&amp;C data systems &ndash; including but not limited to: SuccessFactors, SAP, Qualtrics, SharePoint, HR Data Lake, ServiceNow, OpenText, Navex, Avature, Orgvue.</li>
<li>Document security configurations, access control procedures, and change histories.</li>
<li>Support internal and external security access and data privacy audits by compiling evidence and maintaining audit-ready documentation.</li>
<li>Support biannual User Acceptance Reviews for SuccessFactors, SAP, and Fiori systems.</li>

<div><p>We&rsquo;re looking for an IRIS Clinical Analyst-Pharmacy, someone who&rsquo;s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will build, implement support and optimize the medication databases across the electronic health record (EHR) software and interfaced applications and systems. Participates in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation, application upgrades and promotes activities appropriate to ensuring safe medication use for the ages of patients served (0-adult). Provides ongoing maintenance, testing, support and optimization of pharmacy supported systems within the Integrated System.<br>

</p><p></p><p><b>Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li>Maintains medication-use related systems to support patient safety and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Ensures that all systems with medication databases, including the electronic health software application, Epic has medication records built and configured according to departmental established rules and guidelines; gathers and interprets clinical information required to address the associated medication safety considerations, e.g. sound alike/look alike and high alert concerns, sentinel event propensity, administration and storage requirements.
</li><li>Builds and verifies the medication order entry, to be utilized by physicians, specific to drug, dose, route frequency, administration instructions, ordering instructions and lab associated rules.
</li><li>Ensures best practice medication alerts and warnings are created and appropriate.
</li><li>Ensures the following records in Epic are consistent with current clinical use guidelines: order sets, chemotherapy protocols, investigational medications, compounding and repackaging records, non-formulary/custom medications, and specialty medications.
</li><li>Ensures coordination of medication build with automated dispensing systems
</li><li>Ensures that current workflows and processes are evaluated and working with a Pharmacy Advisory Group, determines appropriateness of current and the development of future workflows to support safe dispensing practices
</li><li>Coordinates updates to the EHR software and associated applications that impact medication inventory (database changes).
</li><li>Validates impact of computer system upgrades on pharmacist computer order entry.
</li><li>Ensures integrity and timely updates to the smart pump drug libraries.
