The AI Enablement Business Analyst, Sr. sits within the Global Business Operations (GBO) AI Enablement Team and serves as the critical bridge between business units and the Technology Operations team. This is fundamentally an analyst and advisory role &mdash; you will not be building AI solutions directly, but you will be the person who ensures they get built right.
You will own the early lifecycle of every AI use case: from helping submitters articulate their ideas, through scoping and requirements definition, tool and feasibility assessment, and preparing a structured handoff package for the technology team.

You Will:

Qualifications 
Basic Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>
Strong experience in FP&amp;A and cost accounting</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)</li><li>
Strong MS Excel and financial modeling skills</li><li>
Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>

Additional Information 
The anticipated starting salary for this position is $110,000.

As a Sr. Financial Analyst in the Sponsored Products finance organization, you will be a key member of the Sponsored Products advertising team.
