Your role and responsibilities:<ul><li>
Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement
 
and eliminate pain points.</li><li>

Contribute to customer satisfaction by building and maintaining positive relationships. Identify potential new sales opportunities while addressing customer needs and communicate them internally.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for product and quality improvements. Provide recommendations to management for improving operations and customer service.</li><li>
Follow safety protocols and maintain safe work and environmental practices. Report unsafe practices and incidents.</li></ul>
Qualifications for the role:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
 
with 4+ years&rsquo; experience servicing critical power equipment OR Associates Degree
 
in electrical technology with 6+ years&rsquo; experience in servicing critical power
 
equipment OR High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work and/or military
 
experience (8+ years) servicing critical power equipment.</li><li>
Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information
 
to varying levels within the organization. Collaborates well with others.</li><li>

<div>As a Lash Technician, you will provide lash and brow services with the highest levels of quality and care. Successful candidates are committed to providing excellent customer service and enjoy working with people. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!</div><div>

<div>Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>Ability to apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift</li>
<li>Educate the client about lash upgrades and our exclusive aftercare products</li>
<li>Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room</li>
<li>Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools</li>
<li>Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions</li>
<li>Build rapport - create a recurring client base for yourself</li>
<li>Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care</li>
<li>Sign up clients for &ldquo;touch-up&rdquo; (follow-up) appointments</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications</div>
<ul><li>A current Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public</li>
<li>Ability to perform or learn semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash, and brow lamination.</li>
<li>Ability to engage and retain customers</li>
