Develop structured forecast processes to estimate Sales Compensation expense across all portfolios.</li><li>
Oversee the administration of sales compensation plans in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely performance calculations and sales compensation payouts</li><li>
Provide monthly accruals for incentive compensation earned in that period.</li><li>
Review payments on a bi-weekly basis for incentive compensation earned and ready to be paid.</li><li>
Partner with management team to maintain and deploy worldwide yearly compensation plans, and ensure timely acceptance of annual compensation plans.</li><li>
Track compensation plan results and analyze sales compensation plan effectiveness in achieving business goals/strategy.</li><li>
Supervise a Sales Compensation Analyst in the preparation of payment calculations.</li><li>
Conduct monthly and quarterly analyses to measure compensation plan performance including variance to budget, correlation between result and payouts by individual contributor and by manager.</li><li>
Ensure delivery of on time reporting and payments to sellers.</li><li>
Own the internal budget and reforecasts for sales compensation across the business.</li><li>

Senior Analyst or Manager, FP&A

 A24 is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. This role will report into the Corporate Finance Manager and will support corporate finance initiatives (e.g. liquidity management, lender reporting, project financing) as well as new strategic projects (e.g. M&amp;A, international expansion, live entertainment).
 
 
 You will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional partners across the finance, legal, production, strategy, and operations teams. This role is based in our New York office.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Forecast short-term and long-term cash flow and liquidity needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly and quarterly bank reporting, including borrowing base and financial covenants
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the legal, production and international teams to facilitate the closing project level financing
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct financial analysis to support the growth of new businesses verticals (including Live Entertainment and International Expansion)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor capital market fluctuations and facilitate the execution of FX and interest rate hedges
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare financial models for complex, project, co-financing structures and facilitate on-going partner relations and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support M&amp;A transactions with financial analysis, valuation modeling, and financial due diligence
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 3+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a related analytical role
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert-level Excel skills, including financial modeling and Power Query
 </li>
 <li>
 Management and organization of large data sets
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Airtable and Pigment or similar data/EPM tools is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with debt facilities, cash flow modeling, and financial statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to review contracts and identify key financial terms
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present financial information to diverse audiences, including senior management.

 Our target salary range for this role is between $90,000 to $110,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
