What You'll Do

The Role</h3>
The HR Technology Consultant is responsible for leading and delivering medium‑ to high‑complexity talent technology projects, bringing SME expertise across up to two key tools. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, focusing on implementing talent acquisition technologies and integrating them within mid‑market and enterprise environments. Delivery

<li>Owns the delivery of technology implementations that require platform subject matter expertise (SME). Projects are typically single-region or mid-market deployments</li>

<li>Take accountability for all elements of the project when assigned to lead the project, inclusive of project management, design, configuration, integration design, migration, testing, and training.
