 Act as the bridge between Talent Acquisition and Talent Tech, Engineering, Product and TA Operations. Ensure core systems, such as Workday and related platforms, are optimized for scale, data integrity, and user experience. Evaluate and implement automation and AI solutions that improve efficiency and quality.

 <li>
 Standardise and evolve global program management methodologies and operating rhythms. Increase the speed, clarity, and consistency of delivery across the Talent organisation. Lead post implementation reviews and use data to continuously improve outcomes.

 <li>
 Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Strategic Programs, TA, and technical teams. Drive alignment, resource efficiency, and a clear, scalable operating model.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with at least 3+ years within Talent or HR environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of people management experience, ideally leading Project or Program Managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business judgment and the ability to solve complex problems with analytical rigor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to use data to tell compelling stories and drive decisions.

 Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $270,000.00 - $490,000.00.

 This role blends strong editorial instincts, hands-on content creation, and a social-first mindset. You will be comfortable working end-to-end &mdash; from idea generation and filming (often using a smartphone or simple camera setup) through to editing and delivery.
