In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting technical and project-related activities from project initiation through delivery. You will help define requirements, track progress, and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver programs and projects on schedule. This position blends operational execution, technical coordination, and project management, with a strong emphasis on reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making.</p>

Responsibilities</b>
<ul><li>Interface directly with clients and stakeholders on technical and project matters throughout the full project lifecycle</li>
<li>Create, maintain, and manage detailed program and project schedules, milestones, and status reports</li>
<li>Develop functional specifications, requirements documentation, and scope definitions to guide implementation decisions</li>

</ul><b>Qualifications</b>
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, including building and troubleshooting automation workflows</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for ad hoc data preparation and reporting, including:
<ul><li>Advanced lookup functions</li>
<li>Filtering and manipulation of structured tables</li>
<li>Pivot table creation for reporting and outreach analysis</li>
</ul></li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for work item tracking and status reporting</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Power Query for data transformation, cleanup, and preparation</li>
<li>Experience supporting reporting workflows in SharePoint-based list or document environments</li>
<li>General experience in operations and project management, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously</li>

<p>
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is <b>$37 to $40.87 USD/hourly. </b>Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range.
