 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive, organized
 
 Global Purchase and Sourcing Coordinator
 
 to join our growing team. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ordering packaging, fixtures, merchandise, and accessories from vendors around the world (specifically Asia) &mdash;ensuring we deliver high-quality, on-brand materials on time and within budget.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a great opportunity to work in-house with a fast-growing clean beauty brand and gain hands-on experience managing international supplier relationships and purchasing workflows. You will work closely with our CEO &amp; COO, and collaborate cross-functionally with our product development, design, sales and marketing teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Working hours are 1:00PM-5:00 PM and 9:00PM 1:00 AM ET to accommodate overseas vendor communication, with WeChat as a primary tool.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Source and vet new vendors for product packaging, fixtures &amp; displays, accessories, and promotional merchandise
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with overseas suppliers via WeChat and email to track orders, request samples, and resolve issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to secure the best value
 </li>
 <li>
 Review quotes and samples to ensure quality and brand alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Place purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with operations and product development teams to understand project timelines and requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and update order timelines, lead times, and shipping details
 </li>
 <li>
 Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with existing vendors to ensure consistent quality and service
 </li>

 Mandatory evening hours to align with overseas vendors

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field (experience in beauty or CPG is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with international vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with communication platforms such as WeChat
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
