The Instructional Support Specialist is responsible for supporting faculty in delivering specialized assigned area courses. 
 
Serves as a liaison to ensure the efficient overall administration and delivery of the unique courses and related services to both faculty and students. 
 
This is a security-sensitive position related to student records and confidentiality. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
Manage databases. 
 
Create, maintain, and edit databases for testing, reports, and promotional and/or course related mailings. 
 
Assist full-time and adjunct faculty for online testing. 
 
Prepare, edit and distribute student tests. 
 
Schedule instructors for test proctoring. 
 
Publish online exams and schedules proctored or practice/self-assessment. 
 
Proctor exams as necessary. 
 
Grade and record lab skills, quizzes, and exams. 
 
Process and distribute instructional newsletters and grade notifications. 
 
Distributes and collects SEOI forms. 
 
Duplicate instructional materials. 
 
Screen visitors. 
 
Answer phone calls. 
 
Sort and distribute faxes and mail. 
 
Assist with Help Desk. 
 
Manage student queries. 
 
Refer and schedule students for regular and make-up orientations. 
 
Operate various instructional office equipment. 
 
Maintain and protect applicant files, student testing and grading files. 
 
Purge and archives files as necessary. 
 
Maintains personal timesheets. 
 
Assists with asset management and organizational stewardship. 
 
Maintains program inventory and ordering of supplies. 
 
As necessary, assists and guides students in all lab activities including equipment set-up and usage, restocking of supplies and preparation of laboratory practice areas and activities.

PRIMARY PURPOSE 
The Library Media Specialist &ndash; Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) Campus collaborates with campus leadership and teaching staff to support literacy development, information literacy, and the integration of instructional technology to improve student learning outcomes. 
The Library Media Specialist supports the ACE campus turnaround model by strengthening reading culture, promoting student inquiry and research skills, and ensuring equitable access to high-quality information resources. YES Prep offers an internal hybrid/online program, YES Prep Online Scholars, that expands access to Advanced Placement (AP), Career and Technical Education (CTE), and World Language courses across all secondary campuses. In this model, students attend a scheduled class period on their home campus while participating in live, virtual instruction led by a YES Prep online teacher.</div>
Students are supported on-site by a campus-based Learning Coach who helps facilitate the learning environment and ensure accountability. This model blends the flexibility and reach of virtual instruction with the structure and support of an in-person setting, allowing online teachers to focus on high-quality instruction, student engagement, and meaningful feedback.<div>

Position Overview
This is a hands-on accounting role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, job costing, and WIP reporting. You'll work directly with project managers and senior finance staff to keep billing activity current, reduce aged work-in-progress (WIP), and ensure the accuracy of financial records across a fast-paced, global energy services environment.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Job setup and closeout: Open new jobs upon receipt of all required documentation from approved requestors; close completed jobs after verifying all costs are captured and invoices issued</li><li>
Invoice and credit memo processing: Generate and submit accurate invoices and credit memos upon job completion in a timely manner</li><li>
WIP management: Produce weekly WIP Aging reports and distribute to project managers for review ahead of branch manager WIP meetings, helping to reduce aged WIP balances</li><li>
Accounts payable support: Enter vendor invoices by matching against PO receivers or applying correct GL coding; submit batches for Senior AP Specialist approval</li><li>
Receipt entry: Record miscellaneous receipts as needed</li><li>
AP filing: Maintain an organized accounts payable filing system</li><li>
Spreadsheet management: Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support reporting and analysis</li><li>
