About the Role</b></p>

We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and highly trusted People Generalist to join our Houston, TX office. As part of our global People (HR) Team, you will support the business through the delivery of effective People processes, contribute to global initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers in a fast-paced environment. This will be a full-time role, owning the following <b>responsibilities</b>:</p>

About the role
The Retail Gas Portfolio Manager will facilitate and transact all retail commercial and industrial natural gas customer hedge activity, with responsibility for regional customer pricing, associated hedges, portfolio optimization and risk management.
