 Track record of leading high volume hiring while maintaining exceptional talent quality.

 <li>
 Strong partnership with executive leadership and hiring managers across technical organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to recruit and close highly sought after technical talent in competitive markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort operating in fast moving startup environments where priorities evolve quickly.
