 Partner closely with HRBPs on offer strategy and negotiations, ensuring alignment with market expectations and internal frameworks

 Stay informed on industry trends within beauty, retail, and talent acquisition, bringing forward new ideas and innovative approaches to how we attract and hire talent

 Contribute to ongoing process improvements, projects, and Talent Acquisition initiatives, with a curiosity for automation and AI to enhance how we work

 Play an active role in building and hiring for Puig&rsquo;s internship and early career programs, helping to develop a strong and diverse future talent pipeline

 Cultivate relationships with universities, career centers, and student communities to increase brand awareness and access to emerging talent

 Represent Puig at campus events, career fairs, and brand activations, delivering an engaging and differentiated employer brand experience

 We&rsquo;d Love to Meet You If You Have:

 3&ndash;5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in retail, sales, or high-volume environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success hiring for Field Sales, Retail, or Corporate Functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to, or strong interest in, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting early career programs, internships, or campus recruiting (a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sourcing skills and comfort with proactive talent outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Trusted partner with strong judgment and a high level of discretion when handling

 Compensation:
 
 
 
 As required by New York State&rsquo;s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000.00-$90,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
