 &bull; Serve as a partner to Recruiters and Hiring managers, executing on all coordination efforts related to specific business units with minimum 3 years of experiences
 
 
 &bull; Once a candidate is selected to interview, responsible for scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews. Work extensively with management-level candidates and hiring managers.
 
 
 &bull; Responsible for arranging all travel logistics and interview agendas for candidates.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts and deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure our hiring process runs efficiently and professionally from start to finish.</div><div></div><div> 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</div>

Responsible for supporting recruiters and assisting in the full-cycle recruiting and offer processes. The detailed responsibilities include:</div><ul><li>
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones</li><li>
Partner with the recruiters in developing and maintaining a positive relationship with candidates throughout their interview process</li><li>
Maintain and update candidates the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting databases</li><li>
Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines</li><li>
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and next steps</li><li>
Help organize recruiting and employer branding initiatives</li><li>
Prepare and send offer letters and assist with pre-employment processes</li><li>
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage</li><li>
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and partners with the Talent Management team in making any necessary changes.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned to support recruiting and talent management</li></ul><div>
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
1+ years&rsquo; experience in recruiting or Human Resources</li><li>
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCims, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus</li><li>
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information</li></ul><div>
LOCATION AND COMPENSATION:</div><ul><li>
This role will be based in either Bayview&rsquo;s Coral Gables, FL, or the New York, NY office, or can be remote.</li><li>
Base compensation is expected to be $50,000 &ndash; 65,000* with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation.</li><li>Salary may vary based on work experience, market conditions, location, and qualifications/training.</li></ul><div></div><div>
