The Manager, Attorney Talent is an integral member of the Talent Team, working closely with the Director of Attorney Talent Development and the Associate Director of Human Resources to manage the lifecycle of legal talent at Milbank. This role bridges Talent Management and Human Resources, ensuring high-touch support for our attorneys.
</div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Oversee and manage the integration of first-year associates, including onboarding, communications, bar admissions, background and conflict checks, and relocation.
</li><li>Manage attorney lifecycle events, including but not limited to status changes (part-time, leaves of absence), secondments, and departures. Manage exit procedures and, if necessary, exit interviews for departing attorneys. Oversee employment verifications for attorneys.
