  Under the direction of the VP of Global Marketing, the Marketing Manager for Fragrance will drive Go-to-Market strategy, and execution of global marketing plans for the Fragrance portfolio in the Retail &amp; Travel Retail channels of distribution. The position will lead the pipeline development and go-to-market process (liaising with Trade Marketing and other cross-functional) for all Moroccanoil Fragrance related products.

   Develop marketing programs and product launch strategies considering positioning and concept; COG analysis, copy and pricing;
