The Talent Manager, Retail is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across the HUGO BOSS Retail business in the United States and Canada. This role partners closely with retail leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports business objectives and drives organizational success.

What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, coordinating background checks, and overseeing new hire documentation.</li>
<li>Support the administration of appropriate assessments and reference/background checking and extend offer of employment and create/deliver employment offer letters.</li>
<li>Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.</li>
<li>Support the recruitment efforts for short-term and long-term temporary needs.</li>
<li>Manages internal transfer processes, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, etc.</li>

4. Public Relations &amp; Reputation Management</h2><ul><li>
Serve as the primary global communications contact for crisis and issues management across the brand portfolio, working in close partnership with the Corporate Communications team to manage reputational risks swiftly and effectively.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
5. Cultural Partnerships, Influencer &amp; Talent</h2><ul><li>
Define and lead the influencer and talent strategy for each brand, articulating the role influencer and talent partnerships play in the communications ecosystem, and establishing the framework for identifying, vetting, and engaging the right voices.</li><li>
Support lower-funnel content creator and micro-influencer programs in partnership with the Integrated Communications Manager, ensuring content output is multi-use, on-brand, and integrated within the broader communications framework.</li><li>
Proactively research, identify, and approach brand and organizational partners for mutually beneficial collaborations, bringing a creative and commercially minded lens to all partnership opportunities.</li><li>
Support the amplification and strategic evaluation of existing sponsorships and cultural programs, ensuring communications strategies maximize their earned value.</li><li>
Lead any strategic entertainment marketing initiatives in close partnership with the U.S. Entertainment Marketing lead, integrating brand narratives into relevant entertainment and pop culture moments.</li><li>
Scout and advise on strategic media partnerships in close collaboration with global media teams and integrated comms manager.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
7. Agency Management</h2><ul><li>
Own the PR and communications agency roster, defining the optimal agency structure across brands and markets, and making recommendations on agency appointments, scope changes, and consolidations.</li><li>
Lead or support PR/Integrated agency briefing processes, ensuring partners are deeply immersed in brand strategy, communications frameworks, and cultural context before developing any work.</li><li>
Conduct regular agency performance evaluations against agreed KPIs, providing structured feedback and holding partners accountable for quality, integration, and responsiveness.</li><li>
Negotiate agency scopes of work and retainer structures in collaboration with procurement and brand leadership, ensuring investment is appropriately sized and efficiently deployed.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
9. Market Support &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</h2><ul><li>
Act as a strategic communications partner for local markets, consulting on campaign rollouts, helping teams adapt global assets with cultural relevance, and reviewing written materials such as press releases.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the organization, including market brand teams, global brand teams, R&amp;D and innovation teams, legal and regulatory, consumer insights, brand home teams, experiential marketing, and corporate communications.</li><li>
Represent the communications function in cross-functional planning sessions ensuring comms considerations are embedded early in the development of new initiatives, innovations, and brand positioning.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
10. Reporting, Monitoring &amp; Measurement</h2><ul><li>
Lead the development and ongoing refinement of measurement guidelines and reporting frameworks for PR, earned media, and talent/influencer programs, in close partnership with the Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) team.</li><li>
Manage ongoing monitoring of earned media conversation across all brands, tracking volume, sentiment, share of voice, and narrative alignment against brand positioning using global tools.</li><li>
Track and analyze the communications activity of key competitors as well as category-level trends.</li><li>
Define KPIs and benchmarks for each brand campaign and communications program ahead of launch, and lead post-campaign reporting that delivers clear assessment of earned results.</li></ul>

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $157,875 &ndash; $210,500. Salary offers are determined based on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a short‑term incentive (STI), a generous employee benefits package, and may also receive a discretionary bonus.
