 In this Role you will&hellip;
 
 
 
 Conduct full cycle recruitment, identify strategies to enhance the TA process
 
 
 Oversee TA projects such as new openings
 
 
 Review resumes, interview candidates (by video and in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory
 
 
 Actively source talent
 
 
 Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned locations
 
 
 Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
 
 
 Uses traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
 
 
 Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
 
 
 Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
 
 
 Develops and maintains excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
 
 
 Communicates important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements)

 This role is full-time and only open to NYC-based candidates (hybrid schedule - 2+ days/wk). Our office is in the heart of Gramercy.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 <li>
 Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between)
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand &amp; hiring process; our success depends on how well we hire and you&rsquo;ll introduce new ideas, best practices, influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.

 You have 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;ve worked at an early-stage startup that has experienced fast growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 You enjoy every part of the hiring process, from sourcing to signing, and love having end-to-end ownership. You have a headhunter mindset - you go find the best talent; you don&rsquo;t wait for it to come to you.
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re deeply passionate about building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in a hiring process.
 </li>
 <li>
 You want to hustle. You&rsquo;re scrappy and comfortable with the ambiguity of early stage startups and want to work hard.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re data, systems &amp; process oriented, with an expertise in leading TA tools
 </li>
 <li>
