Job Description</h1>
IT Desktop Analyst (Level 1)
The IT Desktop Analyst role supports and maintains organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This role includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The IT Specialist will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide installation and support for a wide variety of hardware, including laptops, desktops, network and server equipment, tablets, cell phones, and other peripherals.</li><li>
Provide white-glove end-user support, leveraging multiple communication methods such as phone, Microsoft Teams chat, and in-person support.</li><li>
Suggest upgrades/replacements of hardware and software when appropriate.</li><li>

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $95,000-$105,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, or a related field is required, or equivalent years of experience, to support your analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience</li><li>
Experience working in an actuarial function with a focus on building the claims reserve updating claims triangles and IBNR estimation</li><li>
Ability to perform complex data analysis and report/dashboard development in a health care setting</li><li>
Excellent technical skills (MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, Python, etc.)</li><li>
Capacity to multi-task at high detail-oriented level</li><li>
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal)</li><li>
Strong analytical and logical skills paired with strong attention to detail</li><li>
