Position Description:
The Photography department seeks an intern to collect, research, enter, and fact-check object
and provenance information on works in the photography collection. The intern's tasks will
include organizing records for incoming photographs and reviewing records from throughout the
history of the department. The goal in both cases is consistency and accuracy, which will entail
checking records against original objects. This project is most suitable for an intern with strong
interest in the history of photography and in the registrarial side of curatorial work.
Eligibility:<ul><li>
 Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student</li><li>
 Strong interest in a career in the museum or library field</li><li>

 Position Description:
The Collection Information Department is looking for an intern interested in developing data skills by contributing to an ongoing project of inventorying and listing a large print collection. Working with items in hand, tasks include matching descriptive records to items in the collection, creating records in CORSAIR, the Morgan's collections database, and generating thumbnails for each print. The intern will learn about the data structure of the Morgan's collection descriptions, and, depending on skills, will be invited to contribute to designing user-friendly access to this large collection. Working under the supervision of the Director of Collection Information and instructed by members of the Department, the intern will participate in the day-to-day activities of collection information specialists and in the larger institutional life of the Morgan. The intern is also expected to contribute to any and all data projects that become a priority for the Department during the period of the internship.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in Imaging and Rights. The department
provides access to the Morgan&rsquo;s rare collections via digital surrogates and clears rights and permissions
for various uses. The successful candidate will assist with an inventory of analogue image assets and
paper files, in addition to assisting with preparing images for use in Morgan publications and exhibition-
related projects such as press and publicity, audio guides, and Morgan Shop uses, organizing images and
tracking spreadsheets, assisting with print color proofing, and maintaining image and copyright credits.
The intern will also update descriptive metadata in image files and will ingest these prepared image files
into the Morgan digital asset management system (DAM). This requires accessing databases,
embedding metadata into image files, and, after DAM ingest, reviewing, revising, and correcting data
when necessary.

As the City's primary capital construction project manager, DDC builds many of the civic facilities New Yorkers use every day. DDC&rsquo;s Summer Internship Program is an opportunity for a select group of students to gain valuable experience in the architecture, engineering, design, safety, and construction management professions within a public service context. Students will gain hands-on technical experience through specific field assignments or task specific office work and a mentoring relationship with senior-level technical staff. They will also have the opportunity, through a combination of seminars, site visits, and on-the-job training, to learn about the challenges of upgrading and constructing the City&rsquo;s public buildings and street infrastructure.

Ajaia is hiring an Enterprise AI Product &amp; Automation Fellow for a highly selective 10-week Summer 2026 fellowship/internship. This role is designed for rising juniors and seniors who think like builders and want to increase real implementation velocity through reusable AI systems.

This is not a software engineering intern role. This is a product-minded AI systems builder role focused on internal leverage, rapid prototyping, and reusable implementation accelerators. 


Primary Responsibilities

At Ajaia, you will work directly on the systems and capabilities that power how modern organizations adopt AI. Your role focuses on helping architect the internal engines that allow AI implementations to scale across industries and organizations.

You will help design reusable AI workflows and implementation templates that become foundational building blocks for future client deployments. These assets accelerate delivery, increase reliability, and compound learning across projects.

Strong fellows may also contribute to live client engagements. This can include assisting with the design and deployment of AI powered tools, copilots, and workflow automation systems used inside multi billion dollar companies.

Throughout the process, you will provide clear weekly updates outlining key decisions, tradeoffs, performance signals, and next steps ensuring that experimentation leads to actionable insights and tangible progress.

The goal is to help shape the internal infrastructure, playbooks, and systems that define how Ajaia delivers AI transformation for organizations navigating one of the most important technology shifts of this decade.

 &bull; Performance bonus (10-week): 0-100% of base salary, awarded based on performance against defined goals.
