 Schedule
 
 
 
 The Audience Editor is a shift based role, Mondays through Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. There may be news events, schedule changes or coverage needs that would require a schedule change to best meet the needs of the newsroom, which could include weekend and evening work.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in journalism, communications, humanities or related field
 
 
 
 Compensation
 
 
 
 The expected pay range for this position is $86,700 to $105,000 per ANNUM.

This manager-level position reports to the Director, Global Internal Communications.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Content Strategy &amp; Storytelling:<ul><li>
Translate business priorities and leadership messaging into clear, engaging internal content.</li><li>
Proactively identify and pitch stories that reinforce culture, performance, and key employee moments.</li><li>
Partner with Internal Communications teams to shape narrative arcs and content campaigns.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Channel Management &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>
Develop and manage monthly editorial calendars across global internal channels.</li><li>
Publish and manage content across global channels, tailoring for audience, region, and maximum impact.</li><li>
Track engagement metrics and use insights to refine content strategy.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Content Creation &amp; Production:<ul><li>
Create a diverse range of content formats, including articles, feature stories, short-form video, and visual storytelling (graphics, slides, intranet features).</li><li>
Edit and refine content from subject matter experts into compelling employee-facing narratives.</li><li>
Act as a one-person production team (producer, interviewer, shooter, editor) for video content, including filming, producing, and editing executive messages, employee stories, and event coverage, partnering across Internal Communications team.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Executive &amp; Leader Communications:<ul><li>
Adapt longform leadership communications (CEO/ELT messages, talking points, scripts) into concise internal social posts and video concepts.</li><li>
Coach leaders to communicate authentically and inspiringly across written and video formats.</li></ul></li></ul>
Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>
Experience:<ul><li>
4+ years of hands-on content creation experience in corporate communications, media, brand, or agency environments.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to personally produce content end-to-end, not just manage others:<ul><li>
Write and edit long- and short-form content with exceptional editorial judgment.</li><li>
Storyboard, script, film, and edit video content (interviews, leadership messages, B-roll) for multiple formats, including rapid turnaround for executive communications.</li><li>
Strong interview skills to uncover compelling stories from leaders and employees.</li><li>
Proven ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging employee content.</li></ul></li><li>
Experience supporting executive communications preferred.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Tools &amp; Platforms (Hands-on Proficiency):<ul><li>
Video &amp; Audio: Smartphone/tablet (primary capture) + basic lighting/audio kits; Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / Descript (or similar); basic audio editing.</li><li>
Design &amp; Visual: Canva (must-have); Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar; PowerPoint (visual storytelling).</li><li>
Publishing &amp; Collaboration: SharePoint / Staffbase / Workvivo (or similar intranet CMS); Microsoft Teams / Viva Engage; Email publishing platforms.</li><li>

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
