Produce integrated and sponsored content in partnership with sales clients while maintaining brand standards.</li><li>
Line produce and support live broadcasts, special programming, and live events as needed.</li><li>
Manage logistics for live productions, including crew coordination, scheduling, and on-site execution.</li><li>
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and creative goals are met.</li><li>
Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative newsroom environment.</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
2+ years of experience producing, writing, shooting, and editing original video content in a television station or similar professional production environment.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in live broadcast production.</li><li>
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging scripts and digital copy.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Working knowledge of Canon C300 and Sony FX3 camera systems.</li><li>
Experience operating in a live control room environment.</li><li>
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualification:<ul><li>
Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools.</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital distribution strategies and social media best practices.</li><li>
Experience line producing or supervising live broadcasts.</li><li>
Familiarity with audience engagement analytics and digital performance metrics.</li><li>
Experience producing OTT or streaming content.</li></ul>
Required Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience</li></ul>
Preferred Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication or related field</li></ul> 

The hiring range for this position in Chicago, IL is $95,500 to $128,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate&rsquo;s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.</div>
