<p>You&rsquo;ll work in a fast-moving environment, executing content for big brands, alongside our creative team, including creative director, art directors, copywriters, web developers, studio artists and production managers.</p>
<p><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Execute work based on monthly content calendars created by the social media team.</li>
<li>Follow agency asset organization processes and approval workflows for multiple clients.</li>
<li>Concept, produce, and edit videos, Reels, photo, and static content for multiple clients and platforms.</li>
<li>Attend and assist on photo and video shoots while representing the agency professionally. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, coordinate talent, and ensure deliverables align with the social strategy.</li>
<li>Write compelling, on-brand captions, hooks, and social copy tailored to each platform&rsquo;s audience.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent branding and design across all digital assets (e.g., images, messaging, and layouts).</li>
<li>Stay updated on emerging social media practices and assist in implementing them within the agency.</li>
<li>Help shape the growth of the agency&rsquo;s social media offerings and support team education.</li>
<li>Work cooperatively with other team members as needed.</li>
<li>Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Content Production and Social Media Skills</b></p>
<ul><li>Creative eye for social video and photo content production.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and specs.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives and priorities within specific timeframes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with UGC laws for photography and other assets.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul><li>2 &ndash; 4 years of experience producing social media content for brands or agencies.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.</li>
<li>Skilled in industry standard social video editing software (CapCut, in-app, etc.) and Adobe (predominantly Premiere, but working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Media Encoder a plus.)</li>
<li>Knowledge of best practices regarding video editorial process.</li>
<li>Excellent storytelling ability with a strong understanding of brand voice and audience nuance.</li>
<li>Must have strong conceptual ability with an awareness of design principles, typography and have a high taste level.</li>
<li>Must have working knowledge of latest technologies and advertising trends.</li>
<li>Experience managing client relationships and navigating content approval processes.</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines.</li>
