We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient <b>Warehouse Supervisor</b> to lead our logistics operations.</div><br>

<li><p>Monitor and verify all daily product dispatches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p>

<li>Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure daily targets are met.</li>

<p>Conduct regular stock-taking and ensure 100% inventory accuracy within the SAP/ERP system.</p>

<li><p>Maintain and continuously improve the warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency.</p>

<li><p>Optimize storage management and internal logistics processes to reduce lead times.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Prepare and present detailed reports regarding warehouse performance, KPIs, and operational status.</p>

<li><p>Ensure the procurement and availability of all necessary equipment and materials required for warehouse activities.</p>

<li>Strong proficiency in <b>SAP</b> or other professional <b>Warehouse ERP systems </b>is a must.</li>
<li>
<p><b>Excellent command of English and Turkish</b> (both written and verbal) for global reporting and coordination.</p>
</li>
<li> <p>Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and supply chain operations.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong leadership and communication skills, team-oriented, and high decision-making capabilities.</p>
