Main Responsibilities
Communication with Clients
<ul><li>Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients via email.</li><li>
Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and follow-up on key action items.</li></ul>
Relay Client Requests to Operations Teams
<ul><li>Accurately log and communicate client requests to the operations team using the ticketing system.</li><li>
Ensure that client requests are tracked and updated in a timely manner, and monitor their resolution progress.</li></ul>
Coordinate with Legal Team on Client Documents
<ul><li>Organize and share documents provided by clients with the legal team for necessary review and action.</li><li>
Ensure all client-related legal documentation is processed and filed properly.</li></ul>
Liaise Between Finance and Clients
<ul><li>Act as a point of contact between the finance team and clients to address financial inquiries and ensure smooth communication.</li><li>
Ensure timely and accurate information exchange to support financial processes such as billing or invoicing.</li></ul>
SLA (Service Level Agreement) Management:
<ul><li>Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and tickets based on their respective SLAs.</li><li>
Track the number of tickets handled and ensure tasks meet both time and quality expectations.</li><li>
Report on SLA performance and work with the team to improve task efficiency and adherence to deadlines.</li></ul> 
Ideal Profile<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience Fresh grad with internships in account management, or a similar role within a media agency or related industry.</li><li>
