Manage the accounting department staff in a manner that continues to develop staff, provides continuity and backup, and produces a positive and supporting working environment consistent with Tawani as a whole.</li><li>

Coordinate forecasts of operations for all entities.</li><li>
Assist in working with business heads to provide business and financial support.
</li><li>Ensure that all invoicing and collections, vendor payments and servicing of the department&rsquo;s clients are handled on a timely and accurate basis.</li><li>
Design, implement and monitor accounting policies and procedures to ensure appropriate internal controls and review.</li><li>
Coordinate, prepare for and support annual external audits for all entities on a timely basis.</li><li>
Furnish the information necessary for the preparation of the annual tax returns for each entity.</li><li>
Review reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts for all entities on a monthly basis including all bank accounts, fixed assets and depreciation, construction accounts, partner equity accounts, intercompany activity, and all other payables, accruals and assets.
</li><li>Responsible for the monthly management fee assessments and leased employee charges shared between entities.</li><li>
Responsible for providing timely financial information as necessary to satisfy legal, insurance, regulatory and other purposes as required.
