WHAT YOU WILL DO: 
The Accounts Examiner I performs entry-level accounts examination and auditing work. Work involves examining and auditing operating reports and financial accounting records to ensure legal compliance with laws, rules, and regulations; and collecting taxes, fees, or penalties. Works under close supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.<div>
YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO: 
<ul><li>Review and audit employer accounting records for compliance with laws, rules, and regulations; including payroll, general ledgers, profit and loss statements and federal reports.</li><li>Prepare audit reports of findings, outline discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Establish employment tax liability, open and close employer tax accounts and ensure employers are complying with TUCA.</li><li>Collect delinquent reports and taxes by contacting employers and audits forms from employers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.</li><li>Prepare employer quarterly reports or adjust as necessary and assist employers in preparation of tax forms.</li><li>Perform a variety of skip tracing techniques and investigations.</li><li>Recommend collection action to the State Office when appropriate.</li><li>Communicate with employers, legislators, and state or federal agencies to provide information regarding TUCA and other state and federal laws.</li><li>Perform frequent telephone contact to obtain information necessary to resolve account problems, answer questions and provide quality customer service.</li><li>Organize a heavy workload to resolve concurrent assignments and meet deadlines.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><div>
YOU QUALIFY WITH: 
<ul><li>One year of full-time experience in maintaining accounting records or performing auditing work.</li><li>Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.</li><li>Acceptance into a TWC Internship or TWC Apprenticeship will satisfy the minimum qualifications.</li></ul>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Department Director serves as the technical and administrative head of the Respiratory Department. Is responsible for ensuring that the Cardiopulmonary Departments, Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Rehab, and Sleep Lab, are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and current accepted medical practices in Respiratory medicine. Department responsibilities include but are not limited to: operations, fiscal, personnel and other functions as required by administration or departmental needs.<h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
What qualifications you will need:</h6><ul><li>
(RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner license required</li><li>
Bachelors Degree required</li><li>
2-3 years experience in leadership roles such as manager and/or director</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Cardiopulmonary Department</li></ul>
