A Day in the Life of an Associate Attorney
As a civil litigation Associate, your day will be multi-faceted, offering a blend of independent work and team collaboration. You'll begin by managing your own caseload from start to finish-drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, all while keeping a keen eye on details and deadlines. You'll also prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials, providing you with valuable courtroom experience.

<li>Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach daily.</li>
<li>Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone.</li>
<li>Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.</li>
<li>Regular and on-time attendance.</li>
<li>Must be able to prioritized, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules.</li>

<li>In accordance with New York City&rsquo;s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this position in New York is between $153,000 to $162,500.</li>
<li>Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.</li>
